I was very impressed with the efficiency of the crew and how well they worked together. I've always changed the oil in my own cars, so when the boss suggested taking the old company suburban here it was my first time ever at a lube shop. I was expecting a oil change and car wash, they did that and vacuumed the carpet checked the other fluids and tire pressure. What took them 15-20 mins would have took me a hour or two. Everyone was super nice and for what they charge I might start bringing in my own cars. Very good Job!

I originally went to see Tom, Matt, and the crew at Havoline Xpress Lube on the recommendation of my employer. Over the last almost 4yrs I have received only the best of customer service and no matter where life takes me in the future, they will be the bar I measure any other oil change/maintenance/repair for my vehicles against. They go out of there way to help me understand what they are recommending and why it is important. They dont take advantage of my limited knowledge base in regards to vehicles and engines. They have a certified mechanic on staff, their crew is well trained and very fast, and both Tom (owner) and Matt (manager) have been kind, respectful, and patient as i attempt to understand the things they tell me. They have fair pricing and always work with me to get needed service done on time, correctly, and without predatory pricing. If you are new to the area or a long-time resident; if you know every single nook and cranny, bolt and part of your vehicle or like me you barely know the basics....these are the guys you want on your side.

I was Having car troubles and I searched places nearby my place of employment and Havoline popped up on my Google search.. They allowed me to drop off my car and figure out the problem while I went back to work which was very convenient and less stress for me. My father passed away years ago and ge was the one who always fixed my cars! After he passed it seems like every mechanic shop or automotive center would try to get over on me or charge me a arm and a leg! Havoline staff is very honest, friendly and actually know what they are doing. I have taken my car there many times and always a pleasant experience. My fellow coworkers also now go there when they are needing work on their cars or to figure out what is going wrong! Everyone has been very pleased with the services. Work is always done in a timely and professional manner! I want to thank the Havoline Staff once again for your Hospitality, especially Kurt who every time I call he always has an answer or solution with most other places being like "Not this Girl Again"! When expressing anoise I was unsure of,they went overboard on helping without cost to figure out the issue. I am from out of town ,otherwise I would gladly give them all my patronage. This Xpress Lube location was great... The service techs greeted me well, awesome to talk too....I chose this location because the other Havoline Xpress Lube in Salmon Creek switch owners/management and turned into a pricey oil change.....this locations pricing for a basic oil and filter change was $40 cheaper. I paid $51 which I think is a decent value compared to other companies charging $80+ for the same service....I didn't have the extra fluids checked this time which I think was another $10-15. And even if I had done that, it would still have been cheaper.....I would recommend this location to my friends n family and if you're reading this review, I ask that you visit them too. Call and check pricing and compare to other shops. I bet they'll be cheaper......✌️✌️

Amazing service, in quality and in attitude. Each employee communicated clearly about what they were servicing, why, and the cost of the service. They served me and my kids soda and snacks while we waited. We have come here for oil changes and a water pump replacement, they are VERY transparent about prices and have never blindsided us with "unexpected costs" with service. This place does very honest and high quality work. They don’t “forget” bolts on your skid plates like other express lube type places in the area. They also have a 3rd bay that can do more in depth mechanical work at a competitive price since they are independent. I would highly recommend this place for your vehicle maintenance needs. Matt, the manager, is honest, tells you what is wrong and gives a fair price. They are accommodating. There are restaurants nearby if you need to eat while waiting. They do a LOT more that oil changes and the prices on parts and supplies are fair. I take all my cars there.

Little pricey but well worth it ! Very fast and no hassle from the guys doing it trying up upsell me anything my car has proved difficult for most places to do an oil change from the computer to the amount of oil itself and this place did everything right with flying colors I will be returning for my next oil change highly recommend! For reference I have a 2015 mini Cooper hardtop with a sealed engine They didn’t underfill my oil and they were able to reset my computer no hassles fricking amazing

A friend recommended Havoline when my car broke down one morning. I had it towed to the shop and the mechanics had my car fixed and ready in just one afternoon! Today I took it back because my windshield wiper arm wasn't working. The mechanic did a couple adjustments and I had a working wiper just in time for the rainy week!
