First time using an oil change service. Excellent service, super quick ( 10 minutes) for oil change, air filter and wiper replacement, versus 90 minutes last time at dealership. Friendly staff, super efficient, I was impressed and will be going back. Nice little waiting room, plus water bottles. Recently remodeled waiting area, very nice, same great service.

I’ve never had a bad experience here but today I took my Tahoe in for an oil change and everything was going great until the very end. As I was pulling out of the bay an employee so kindly tells me “Oh, just to let you know I accidentally put Full Synthetic oil in your vehicle instead of Conventional… hopefully that’s not an issue.” That’s a huge issue! They had already filled the bay up with another car and didn’t offer any way to resolve the issue. Don’t think I’ll be going back any time soon

Went in for oil change and paid for a coolant top off and left with overheating issues, they put an air bubble in the system and on Jeeps its not as simple as squeezing the coolant line you have to pump the whole system or have an elevated filter and go through quite the process to fix turned into a several hundred dollar issue they admitted it was likely from the top off and the employee with the ponytail was super helpful and trying his best to fix until what I assume was the manager stepped in and basically said its not there fault and they are not willing to do anything about it. I would avoid this location never had issues at any others.

I have mad respect for the folks who change my oil, but please for the love of God clean that bathroom and fix the paper towel situation (they were all already soaked). The service was quick and they did the job and didn't upsell me when I told them I just wanted an oil change. Everyone was very kind and upbeat.

I have gone to many jiffy lubes... this one by far is the best one in Vancouver! I came in around 4oclock, and was out in minutes... for an oil change & topping off fluids. The manager (I'm assuming, was wearing black vest) was so thorough, respectful and kind. I appreciate the great work :)

High prices even in comparison to the dealership! Unprofessional, slow staff, who don’t know what there doing asking each other how to perform services should never happen! Replacing my cabin filter before showing me when it didn’t need to be replaced!

I have been coming to this location for several years. I have NEVER had a bad experience. Jiffy Lube has a lot of turn over, it seems they can't hold on to employees long term, this may be an ownership/corporate issue, however, I never have an issue. Always fast service. They are very professional and thorough.

0☆.. I recently had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The day after my service, one of my tires was completely flat and sitting on the rim. I had no prior issues with that tire before my visit. It appears the valve stem may have been tampered with or damaged during service. In addition, my vehicle was overfilled with oil. Shortly after the oil change, my car began having acceleration issues and would not respond properly when pressing the gas pedal. This caused me to miss work and created a very stressful situation. I trusted Jiffy Lube to perform basic maintenance correctly, but instead I left with new problems that cost me time and money. I would strongly recommend double-checking your vehicle before leaving their location and monitoring your car closely after service. Very disappointed with the quality and care provided.

Stopped by to get my oil changed before taking a road trip. I inquired about the different blend and cost. Ended up going with full synthetic and was very surprised to see them check tire pressure, fluids, wiper blades and lights. Really appreciate the added comfort of them doing those services. Employees were very nice and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. I will be a returning customer at this location. Thank you guys for taking care of my family’s car and taking care of my family.

This shop next to the Walmart on Mill Plain, have been my choice for 26 years, multiple vehicles. They're always quick and clearly explain anything they find. And promptly fix anything I add to the oil change. They don't hard "Upsale". And I know I'm good to go on my next trip. Eric
