Meineke is amazing! And Chris is awesome! They are very knowledgeable and patient. They answer all my questions every time I go in. I just went in for an oil change and they checked everything! They gave me an estimate on how much longer my tires and brakes will last. I travel 2 hours south every week and it usually takes a half tank of gas each way… this last week it only took a quarter of a tank each way!! I’d highly recommend checking them out!

In April I paid $113 for a diagnostic that produced a full list of recommended repairs. At that time, I was told very clearly that if I came back to do the work, that diagnostic fee would be applied toward my repairs. I kept all my paperwork and receipts. Today I returned specifically to have my engine and transmission mounts replaced (originally quoted at $739 including tax). When I arrived, the price had suddenly jumped to $807 because of a $49.99 “service fee” that was never mentioned before, along with additional taxes. And to make matters worse, Chris at the front desk refused to honor the $100 diagnostic credit that he originally promised. He claimed it only applied if they had done my spark plugs, which makes no sense since my diagnostic list contained four different repairs. Nowhere was it ever stated that I had to do all the work with them in order for my diagnostic fee to be credited. I even brought my original receipt and a copy of the diagnostic list. Chris’s response was essentially: “It doesn’t matter, you should have done all the repairs here, not just one.” This left a very bad taste. It didn’t matter what documentation I brought; they clearly had no intention of honoring their word. It felt like no matter what I said, they were going to find a reason not to apply the credit. After being a loyal customer for two years, it’s clear there is no loyalty here, only money. If you have money to blow and don’t track your receipts, you’re their perfect customer. But if you pay attention, you’ll notice the numbers don’t add up and the rules change when it’s time to pay. I walked out and will be taking my car elsewhere. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I want others to be aware before trusting this shop.

I was having a very sudden issue with my Yukon where it would turn over but then the RPMs would fluctuate a ton and it would run rough for a couple seconds, and then the engine would just die. No check engine light for me to run though. I got it running and immediately called Meineke for advice and diagnostic prices. Chris advised me of the cost of the diagnostic if nothing else gets worked on, but they generally waive it if the issue gets fixed with them. Since I had it running, and Chris said they had time for me, I brought it straight there. It only took them a half hour to find that my fuel pump and water pump were both shot, and a couple other findings as well. Since I just bought it in October and had warranty, Chris called the warranty company on my behalf and got a huge portion of the cost covered! They started working on it first thing the next morning and were done in the early afternoon. When I started it up and drove it home I could immediately feel the difference! Their customer service is stellar (lookin at you Chris!), and their mechanics work hard and get the job done as quick as possible. This is a great shop and am grateful my cousin suggested them!

Erik (if im remembering his name right) gave me recommendations but since it was an easy fix, I ended up turning down the service to fix it myself. The people here are extremely helpful and friendly I brought my car in the they said it was a bad alternator, later on it was discovered that the negative battery terminal was loose. They called me and let me know and told me and adjusted the price to only about a fifth of the original work, the honesty and professional staff here are great I can always recommend this store to friends and family

Brought minivan in for trailer hitch package install that I brought and provided all hardware, was charged $35 for “shop supplies”. Was told it would take about 2hrs and it took closer to 3.5hrs. After the install was completed, I didn’t like how there was cut out more then needed to from the undercarriage protection panel.
