I can't recommend Honest 1 enough! The staff here are incredibly friendly and take the time to explain everything clearly. Their pricing is fair and transparent, and they never try to upsell unnecessary work. Today I only had an oil change, but I have had several repairs and brakes done there. It's refreshing to find a repair shop that genuinely cares about their customers and the quality of their service. If you're looking for honest, reliable automotive repair at a great value, this is the place to go!

We only go to Honest 1 Auto Care for all of our vehicles. They are reliable, friendly and provide quality service. Costs are reliable, fair, and less than the major garages like Ford or Mercedes (Smart Car). Our 20 yr old truck, 26 yr old van, & our 17 yr old Smart car are in great shape. I am late writing this review but felt like consumers should know. Honest-1 somehow missed my blown head gasket after charging me nearly $1k. I took it to a different mechanic and it was immediately apparent to them. They also cracked my hood shield and didn’t say anything.

I’ve been bringing my car to Honest-1 Auto Care in Vancouver since I moved to Vancouver about four years ago, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their service. They truly live up to their name—honest in every sense. They’re upfront about costs and the work that needs to be done, and I’ve never felt pressured into repairs that aren’t necessary. In fact, they’ve told me more than once that certain fixes could wait until my next oil change, which I really appreciate. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted warmly, and they always take the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and even show me parts of my car so I understand what’s going on. Their transparency and kindness go a long way. I trust them completely and will be a loyal customer for life!

My husband let me know today that he had a nail in his tire. He works nights and was supposed to be sleeping. He set the appointment and I offered to take it in for him. They gave me the quote for pulling/patching if it could be done and I sat down to wait, expecting the worst (cause that's how my luck has been lately). They were done within 30 minutes and said it wasn't a nail, just a rock. Didn't charge me anything! I can't tell you how much I appreciated that and their honesty. This crew always takes great care of our vehicles. Just have to set up the oil change for the next one. Thank you Honest-1 for not being like a lot of other places and trying to take advantage of a female!

This shop has the most reliable mechanics, they are very thorough, transparent and easy to work with, and get the job done quickly. Not to mention the prices are reasonable for the quality of work received. I have had my car serviced and performed oil changes here a few times. I would rate them 10/10 top marks! They take their time to inspect, explain, and recommend the best option for you. They provide detailed reports when you need a diagnostic and the whole team is so down to earth and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this shop! They truly are the most honest place I could trust my vehicle maintenance to. Thank you guys for continuing to give great service and keep my car happy! 😁

This place is an absolute joke. Take your vehicle here if you want to get ripped off they reuse parts and say other things are broken that arnt they like to take peoples money the lady sounds super nice but it’s all a joke

On my way home from Seattle to Medford Oregon I ran into a problem with a car I had just bought hours before. I called and gave a brief description of what was going on and the guy on the phone said to come by and he'd free up a lift. As soon as I showed, these guys stepped outside, grabbed my car, put it on the lift and got me back on the road...quick, easy, professionally and kindly! KINDLY...kindness goes a long way, hence this review...these guys are outstanding, and if I was from the area, they'd be my choice of repair facility. Thank you all again!

I learned about Honest-1 Auto Care when I took a long term rental there for service at the request of the rental company. I was imediately impressed with the courtesy and knowldege of the staff. I asked them about some issues that I was having with my car and later took it in to check it out and give it a scheduled service. I had expected to be there for a while and they had a pretty accomodating waiting area that included a table where you could sit and plug in a laptop, a play area for little ones, and some comfortable chairs to sit in and watch TV. However, they took care of my car and I was back on the road.

I took a train from Seattle to purchase a used car. Scheduled an appointment for a full vehicle inspection with Honest-1 Auto Care. The car was in a worse condition than expected and I had to back out of the deal. When I called to cancel my appointment, the help desk greeted me by name right away, like an old friend. I explained my situation and they showed so much empathy telling me not to worry about the appointment. I wish all businesses had such great customer service. Even though I didn't get a chance to see them at work, I just know they'll take good care of you and your car!

First time coming to this shop and I am so grateful I did! The two front office individuals were very educational when talking me through my cars diagnosis, which I really appreciated because I don’t know a ton about cars. All staff members were very knowledgeable and willing. The last place I took my car told me to scrap it, so I took it here and they did a free screening and provided me with a personalized website link showing pictures of my car during the screening for evidence of their diagnosis. The website also included a point system that rated the urgency of said issues (turns out I don’t need a new car). I will be taking my car here every time because they are trustworthy!

They really make it feel like a community here 🙏 Every time I visit, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and informative. I love how cheerful they are when offering refreshments and pointing out the little extras — like the kids’ play area, various seating options (including a nice outdoor spot), phone chargers, and even a computer you can use while you wait. It’s those thoughtful touches that make a big difference. And don’t forget to ask about the coupons — totally worth it! NEVER EVER EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! you will get charged for absolutely nothing. Lady sounded so sweet over the phone, their shop was close to me so i took my corvette here to simply replace the serpentine belt. they found my harmonic balancer not working, which makes sense, then gave me a price wayyy above what the cost should be. IT GETS BETTER: i go pickup the car next morning so i can tow it to my shop, i now find RUST on all 4 of my brake rotors and proceeded to get charged $224 because i didn't want to get my car serviced by them. save yourself the money and headache going somewhere else, stay safe.
