Recently had a small collision and my passenger side headlight and bumper got all messed up. I was nervous choosing a repair shop, but Five Star Auto made it the most convenient, quick, accommodating, and outstanding service I could have asked for! They had the parts to my car ordered right away and were shipped quickly, and communicated frequently and honestly, giving good time estimates I could rely on. Marley and the team had been so helpful, they made sure I still had accessible transportation while I was having my car repaired, it made the process absolutely stress-free. The repairs were finished in no time, and to my surprise, they returned my car a lot nicer than I left it! They took the extra time and effort to professionally cover up a separate large paint blemish that had been on my car since I got it, and they fixed it right up, making it look brand new! Overall, the experience was super straightforward, and though the collision itself was not great, I am grateful to have chosen an autobody shop that made the process relieving, leaving me better off than before. AND some bonus points as well: After getting my car back and everything paid and signed, I happened to lose my wallet at the shop. I had it retrieved in safe condition, and with urgency from the team. What an outstanding shop! Thank you so very much!

Outstanding experience at the Five Star downtown shop! Marley, the owner is honest, reliable, and very friendly and easy to talk to. They try to accommodate your schedule and work with you to make the process smooth and painless. The work was beautifully done. I've had work done three different times (two cars) and each has been excellent. A mechanic commented on how great my car looked and where I had taken it. I walked into Five Star Auto Body on Columbia St. in downtown Vancouver WA for a long scratch on the side of my vehicle . Legit five stars! Got my repairs done within a week of receiving it, after arranging to have it picked up from a difficult tow yard. Even washed my car when they were done. And are working with me and my ins. to take care of some older damage I didn’t think I was ever gonna have a chance to fix. Marley you rock! EDIT: she’s all shiny and fixed up! note the big dent by the front tire is gone

THE best auto body shop! I can’t recommend 5 star enough. I had an amazing experience with Five Star Auto Body. A gutter fell on my car during a wind storm and caused significant damage to my paint, and they completely took care of it. The repair work was flawless, my car looks like nothing ever happened.
