I had a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about getting the job done right. I came in for my breaks and an allignment, and they were able to get me in the same day — super convenient. Special shoutout to Jamaree and Jerry — both were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Jamaree kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was explained clearly, while Jerry went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of quickly and correctly. You can tell they both take pride in their work and care about the customer experience.Everything was done faster than expected, and my car has been running great since. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance!

Tony and the whole team here at Firestone took amazing care of my ‘97 CR-V. We went in knowing it would be a fair amount of work and the comprehensive inspection revealed a host of issues that they addressed promptly. Communication was solid every step of the way and now, two days later, I basically have a new car. Can’t thank them enough for the amazing job they did. :D

Updated: spent $700 and 4 hours yesterday to get TPMS Sensors in and relearned on all 4 tires and the shop still played dirty, stole my valve covers and put back all my tires with different valve covers and not tightened down. Updated: They filled my left front to 45 PSI which is dangerous!!!! Kevin and I both were not heard yesterday. His review is Valid, mine is do not come here for tire replacements. I got all terrain destination brand tires ($1,200 total) from this store prior to moving in December. ALL of my TPMS Sensors have been out and I just got in yesterday for an alignment and TPMS issues. They claim to do "TPMS Services". They deflected liability of being my only tire replacement shop and showed me none of my sensors work after sitting in their lobby for 3 HOURS. THEY REFUSE TO replace my TPMS Sensors that they touched last. I am appauled they take advantage of people's time and wave their own liability from us. Never ask these guys to help you out. For being out 3 Hours of my business time and the $400 its takes to replace TPMS Sensors, court may be a solution.

I have the lifetime alignment plan here, I got new wheels and tires so I scheduled an alignment. I came early, checked in and patiently waited. I was there for over an hour, I finally get called thinking my car’s aligned and I can go home. Turns out, it took them over an hour to claim I have bad front control arms, no alignment was preformed, but they did have time to write up a 2100 dollar bill! I came in for a free alignment, and left without one and a 2100 quote. Absolutely insane business tactic. Funniest part, my control arms were replaced less than 1 year ago with oem parts. They couldn’t even provide pictures of the “bad” parts. What an absolute joke of a business.

Even when my two crazy littles were with us and we waited in the waiting area, it wasn’t a super long wait and our car was always returned to us in good condition and any repairs fixed or aligned. I came in to pay my bikl today... running in 7 minutes before closing and the guy behind the desk , Jerry, was terrific.. S much morefriendlier than the other guy who is usually there in the evening after 5. He was pleasant and just chatty enough that i didnt feel like i was talking to myself. I love great customer service!! Employees like that are what makes a business wirth doingvbusiness with.

Tony is the greatest. I had them change my oil in August, and I listened to him on the phone with a customer being very honest about what he could and couldn’t accomplish. He also cut the customer a break on the work that was already done. Fast forward to today. I was there for another oil change, and as I was leaving my clutch went. I was parked in the middle of Highway 99 with my flashers on, which is not cool. I called the store, and they totally came out and helped me get it off the road. Tony managed to pull it in, so he could look at it and saw the problem right away. I was so grateful. What a great guy. My car is now sitting safely at Toyota.

We found a screw in our tire on Sat night and called Sun morning to see if there was any chance Firestone could fit me in… they got me in an hour later and I let them know the car was having issues starting this morning as well. They were happy to check my battery and do a starter test to for me. That was amazing. Very appreciative to have somewhere to help me out on a Sunday.

Very uncaring people. We pulled in with a flat off the freeway and asked for help as we were on the way to a doctors appt and already having a tough morning. I understand a quote of 3 hours when we just pull in but when we ask to put on our own spare they tell us to unsafely drive to another parking lot do it. Haha faith in humanity lost with this one interaction. Thanks guys you’re real kind people when others are in desperate need of help.
