My van was 'vandalized' / damaged during an apparent break-in at their shop parking lot. They said they are not liable. They have no parking lot cameras and no fences: be ware. I dropped off my van the day they requested. I received no call for two days. They then asked me what was wrong with it, even though I had talked to them on the phone and repeated the information on the drop off card. It was having some problems accelerating and dying, and an auto parts store had shared the error code with me. The shop didn't call me for another two days for the next call. They said there was nothing wrong with the van to and I needed to come pick it up. That's when I discovered the break-in attempt. They did not indicate that they knew about it. They said they are not liable. So, thanks for not fixing my van and returning it with ~$500 of damage.

Update. Just had my SUV serviced and as usual, they did a great job. John and Jacob are great to work with and I really appreciate the car service that normally will take me home and pick me up when my SUV is ready. I've been taking my SUV to the Downtown location for over two years now and they always do a great job on my 24+ year old gal, Terri!

I was leaving the post office and realized I had a flat tire. Luckily I was only a few blocks from Gaynors on Broadway. When I got there I explained to Tony that I was leaving for the airport in a few hours and he got right on it, and Kendrick (a really nice guy) drove me home. Even though they didn’t finish before I had to leave (I took an Uber to airport) they drove the car home for me with 4 brand new tires (I needed them!) and delivered the keys to my daughter. Reasonable price and great service.

I was taking my vehicle to the Kia dealership where I purchased it. I would make an appointment, then they wouldn’t get to my car for an hour. I waited 2.5 for an oil change. I decided I needed to find a different service center. I did some research online and saw Gaynors had really good reviews. I made an appointment on line which was super easy. I showed up for my appointment and 45 minutes later I was good to go! They sent me pictures of fluids and filters with a detailed inspection report. The service managers and mechanic were very friendly . I highly recommend Gaynors!

Very high pricing , and then I told them not to make any work on my car because they gave me crazy prices on just changing the front passenger side brake caliper ,but they still did an oil change and made me pay $110 bucks and when I told them I already canceled all the work they said we have already changed the oil and you have to pay???? Although the customer service was great the person in the reception was friendly and respectful, and they provided me a ride home when I left my car over there for inspection. And they respected my declining of the services with no issues But they are very overpriced.

Excellent service at a fair price! It's almost as harder to find a trustworthy, reliable mechanic as it is to find a new doctor. I'm so thankful to have found these guys! They got me right in, diagnosed the problem correctly, fixed it the same day, and were fair with the price. After several not so great experiences in Vancouver, It's a relief to have somewhere to go next time I have an issue.
