I purchased a used car, for others to bang into and vandalize. It seemed to be running inconsistent, odd not indicative to that vehicle. I took it in to ask them a look over it, test drive, block test, engine inspection, I will pay no problem, i was extremely disspointed that all they did was plug into computer check codes, recommend big dollar transmission shop for easy repair. I will say this, after I picked up vehicle from Peterson automotive it ran great, all the issues seems to have disappeared. it runs great now. no more shifting problems, no more under powered issues. driving as it should, so i want to say thanks, still need to find a place to have it completely checked over. but in this day in age and area. its hit miss and hope you get lucky.

When my car failed the emissions test, my sister recommended I take it to Peterson's. She takes her car there and has been very satisfied with their service. I set up an appointment with Chris and took my car in. He gave me an estimate and told me when my car would be done. Overall I was completely satisfied with the service I received form Peterson's Automotive and I would definitely recommend their services to other people. Chris was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. And I also received a follow up call regarding my satisfaction of the services. I know every time that I take my Honda Pilot in to Peterson Automotive to be serviced it will be done accurately and efficiently. I also don't need to worry that after the service they would give me a litany of stuff that "needs" to be fixed immediately like some dealerships have done to me...trying to get me to buy one of their cars! Peterson only tells me what needs to be done for the safety and integrity of my pilot. There is nothing better than being able to totally trust your mechanic shop! That's Peterson Automotive for me!

Amazing service! Chris is a wonderful person and a very knowledgeable professional. The guys who worked on my car did a great job and the overall experience was nothing but great. Winnebago Rialta owner you are in Luck! Peterson's Automotive I have known them for 17 plus years. If you are a Winnebago Rialta owner this is a must-go-to place. I found it difficult to find a repair shop to work on this little VW motor home. Not only are they willing but Mike seems to be an expert who has worked on them since the Eurovan chassis came out. They can even do some undercoating and body painting! It’s worth the drive. Great staff.

I have consistently had great experiences at Petersons! The staff are incredibly friendly and patient when I have questions or concerns. They explain things to me very clearly, ensuring that I understand everything that is happening with my car and what needs to be done. They have gone out of their way to ensure the parts they order are as inexpensive as possible without compromising on quality. Sometimes the wait to get in can be long, but they are worth the wait!

I have had great service with Peterson Automotive ! The knowledge and the care I've received on the care of my car has been great! The receptionist is also extremally knowledgeable about car repairs! She has advised me what maybe wrong with my car and the break down on the cost. The waiting room is well set up with a TV and coffee if you need it to relax. My car is a BMW usually its hard to find a close by Mechanic to work on it I'm so happy with their service!

Peterson's is amazing!!!! They are so reasonable, kind, and communicative. I so appreciate that they are honest and reliable. They also just go above and beyond. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait to get in but it is so worthwhile! This is my go-to place for my vehicles -- 100% recommend!

I took my car in to get the check engine light looked at and see what work needed to be done. They called me the same day i dropped off my car letting me know what work I needed done and gave me a time life and an quote. They were able to upgrade my parts from the manufacturer, finish it in less time they said, by 4 days, and came under what they quoted me saving time and money. I will always take my automobiles to Petersons and recommend them to anyone for being reasonably priced and an honest mechanic establishment. They truly are miracle workers!

Although Peterson Automotive has not worked on my personal vehicles, I have inspected many of my clients’ vehicles after repairs performed by their team. As a certified auto appraiser with with over 30 years of automotive experience, I have found their workmanship to be consistently top notch. I normally don't write reviews for auto repair shops, but finding one that is honest is nearly impossible nowdays. Took my 1987 Pontiac Fiero GT to Peterson Automotive on a referral from a local brake shop. I needed my handbrake serviced as well as a squeel/noise from the front ds wheel looked into. They were booked out 3 months but I was in no hurry. Once my car was in their hands they were very professional, communicated well, and solved my issues in no time. The handbrake just needed some re-work/adjustments (being 38 years old) and the noise turned out to me the metal brake shroud rubbing on the back of the rotor. All in all they had my car back to me the next day and only charged me for labor. Excellent experience, will be back for future service needs.

Super Honest female owned shop! I can't recommend this business enough. The owner is amazing! Clear communication and expectations. Fixes what can be fixed with clear expectations on pricing set. She under promises and over delivers 🤟! So lucky we were referred here by another amazingly honest shop across the street, Orchards Automotive. We were referred by Orchards because our vehicle's Freon (AC) fluid was outside of their scope of expertise (newer) and we couldn't have been more satisfied. These are the two most honest and amazing shops I've ever been blessed with. The Petersons are awesome people, and they’ve always had my cars reliably fixed in a few days or less. Roshonda always lets me know at pick-up if there’s something I need to be worried about down the line, an she does a great job explaining to me what they did and what that means for me. I’ve been going to this mechanic since I started driving, and I don’t see myself going anywhere else as long as they’re open.
