Hands down the best mechanic shop I’ve ever been to. I did **A LOT** of research before deciding to go forward with Swift Automotives, and they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. In fact, they went above and beyond what I expected of them — while literally charging 50% less than all other shops rated 4.5 stars and above in the 20 mile radius in Vancouver, WA. Not only were they the cheapest quote, they showed me exactly what was wrong, what was necessary, and what could wait; and itemized every single thing they and the labor costs to break it down really simply for you! They even included the comprehensive diagnostic exam free of charge with the services; and even topped off my fluids. It gets better, since I had the check engine light go on and was nervous to drive while waiting for parts — they provided me a free rental for the entire time they had my car (to include waiting for the parts to come in). Afterwards, they even drove my vehicle to the dealership to ensure what they did worked, and showed me all of the computer programming to provide further corroboration. Everyone that works here is so fantastic, personable, kind, and extremely hardworking. Forever grateful for: Kayla, Brianna, and Isaac for being incredible to me. I cannot sing high enough praises for them in making this such a positive experience. While, I hope to never have car issues again, it’s inevitable and I’m rest assured going forward that I have reliable people to count on. They have a loyal customer in me for life.
