Took my car in for estimate because door was rubbing on fender making a scraping sound when opened. The estimator took a look at it and within 5 minutes he had it fixed and said no charge! This is great customer service. I would definitely recommend Mackin’s to anybody in need of a body shop.

It was remarkable, really. I'd just taken ownership of a gleaming silver Audi A5 Coupe. An oversized concrete abutment in a parking lot on a hill was the cause. Virtually impossible to see. They did an excellent job on the rocker panel repair and matched the silver paint perfectly. I have utilized many high quality body shops in my 55 years of driving. None even come close to Mackin's. This is the 3rd time I have used this joke of a company. I would give negative stars if I could. They refused to fix a paint issue caused by them even though they “guarantee their work”. Even though Nick stated that they would fix the paint issue. They also failed to do a proper inspection of the tires on my vehicle, clearly missing the fact that there were nails on the outer inner part of my tire causing issues with my insurance. I eventually had my vehicle towed out of the place and took it somewhere else. On a previous occasion I brought my car here and they repaired the back hatch on my car. I had to take it back because they didn’t install it properly and they completely missed the bottom section of the hatch when they painted it. They also left a half eaten cheeseburger in the center console of my car and then charged my insurance company a cleaning fee. This place does subpar and lazy work, I would never recommend this place to anyone and will never bring any of my vehicles back here. Be extremely careful if you bring your cars here for repair they will do low quality work on your vehicle and give you the run around… Excuse me, insurance fraud?! Your team failed to even look at my tires where there were nails clearly in them. This is the type of business they run here, they are frauds and a joke. I have all the records including where you charged my insurance company a cleaning fee, and you sure in hell did leave a half eaten cheese burger in my center console. I also have conversations to prove all this about the tires and paint you will not guarantee. Not only do you not guarantee your work but you participate in false advertising. The community deserve to know how fake, misleading and fraudulent you run your business and employee people who can’t even do their job…. Look at all your previous negative reviews… they are all basically the same issue. You run a shady business

Very glad I chose to come here for repairs of my toyota. It wasn’t enough to claim insurance for but was very reasonable for out of pocket. They did, however, work with my insurance company to replace the windshield which was a nice surprise. I will definitely consider coming back. Pictured is a really odd dent that I didn’t expect them to do much with but it looks so much better.

My car got a big owie. Mackin's did a wonderful job fixing it. Office staff is nice, I received regular status updates, and the repairs took less time than original estimated. Not only the above mentioned great service I received, but my whole car looks a bit more shiny like it was buffed, cleaner than when I dropped my car off for repairs. And... the rims are clean! Thank you so much for that. I tried to clean the rims last summer to no avail. Happy customer here. :)

Kept me updated throughout the entire process, through each step, from Intake to final putting vehicle back together. They also stepped in to deal with insurance which was a huge weight off my shoulders. Hood, Fender and bumper replaced and repainted, passenger side door required "blending" of paint to better match the new panels. Very well done, can't tell any work was done at all. Very seamless

The repairs on my vehicle took about 4 +/- weeks. Not too bad in my book. They kept me up to date via text every step of the way, and were very professional. The only reason it took as long as it did was insurance company bull$h!t + the summer heat. I was also impressed that Mackin looked out for the well-being of their employees and closed up shop on those especially scorchin' summer days. Nope, you don't come across that kind of empathy from a business that often. Top notch 👍

Be cautious about what you’re paying for here. Read your quote thoroughly BEFORE agreeing to work. Asked for a quote to fix a dent in one door, a big scratch in another door, a replace a broken taillight assembly. The quote I received included replacing the roof rack that had absolutely nothing to do with what I talked to the tech about. It was never mentioned by me or by him, but somehow it’s on the quote. That would have been an extra $500 in parts and more than an hour extra in labor for what? Padding their profit margin? I took my car elsewhere to a shop that was not trying to get over…

I want to thank the manager Chris, and the receiptionist Tracy for their courtesy and professionalism. Chris and his body shop mechanic took on challeging tasks involving my 98 Chevy Blazer. Not simpe or easy tasks at all. They did a great job! Price was very reasonable. When I went back to request to have some improvement done the following day, Chris was patient and receptive. He had his mechanic work on it again and made things completely right. Really appreciate the team. Not easy to find nice people who are kind and patient these days. Thank you!

Chris & his team at Mackin’s are awesome! I would recommend this place to anyone! I chose them because I drive by them all the time as they are in my neighborhood. I had never been in an accident before or needed auto body repairs and they took over the entire process and made things so easy, from drop off to pickup! They handled extended repair approvals through the other party’s insurance & even kept me updated through text! I also noticed my car got a wash & interior cleaning which was a bonus! I received my car in even better shape than pre-loss condition (fresh paint on hood & doors heck yeah!). Attention to detail & care is what you deserve & that’s what you’ll get if you go here!
