A true honest mechanic that loves what he does. After much stress and disappointment in searching for a mechanic. I came across Wrench N time and Pete. Pete has shown me there are still good people out there. Willing to work and be up front with you about car issues, maintenance and cost. Very knowledgeable in cars and even has a positive attitude. I was updated throughout the whole process and updated on next steps. Will come back for regular maintenance and I recommend him to all those in the Vancouver area searching for help with their cars.

This is my favorite autoshop I have ever been to. I have been taking all my cars her for years, even through the ownership change. It has consistently been honest, affordable, and transparent. I fully trust these folks to do their best work. I use them for regular maintenance and any other urgent needs. They always do their best to fit me in and are promt to respond to questions. Great work! Highly recommend!

I would not take my car there I took my truck there to have a simple four-wheel drive linkage put on. The linkage couldn't have been over $80 play whatnot show me what they paid for it and the bill was quite extensive should have taken more than an hour to repair they charge me $567. Took me 4 days to get the truck back. These people or shysters. They can't be trusted.

Always friendly and professional even with different ownership. My car is very well taken care of and am provided with work and care details. Best part for me is I am within walking distance and also on two bus lines. While there is a basic waiting area there are several places to walk too for eating a full meal, for snacks, coffee, then gas is also close. **Recent work full rear brakes/rotors, fall regular maintenance, with discount and free wipers with coupons. Work was over $100 less than another bid. Always respectful professional, all questions answered. My experiences are well over 5 years now. Thankful that the change in ownership did not mess stuff up.

I've used this place since moving to Vancouver in 2021, and they've always been great. High quality work, reasonable prices, no shady shenanigans. Most recently, my starter gave out on my Accord. I had it towed to their shop on a Thursday afternoon, had a quote Friday morning, and had my car back that same Friday afternoon. Definitely my go-to. As most everyone surely knows, it's very hard to find a trustworthy mechanic shop. So when you find one, you stick with them. These are those guys.

I had a pretty bad engine issue where my engine mounts sheared off in the block on an old Jeep. Pete was exceptional to deal with and clearly the mechanics there know what they’re doing! He was very clear and prompt about relaying the info as my car was being worked on and they checked the adjacent parts and systems to make sure it was working properly in its entirety before calling it done. I had a budget and the folks at wrench n time did everything they could to meet that and they still had my car out and running in under 24 hours. I can’t say enough positive things about this shop. Quality work and nice people. I’m very happy with the service I received and would recommend to anyone else. Thank you for being honest and courteous. I’ll use this service again for as long as it exists.

They are always very professional to me, give me recommendations for my car, what are the best parts and so on. In other words, they are awesome gentlemen to take your car to! They go from checking my engine, change my oil, etc etc. PLUS, they gave the loveliest kitties walking around. :)

Summer of 2024 gave them over 2k to replace air conditioning to have it not work start of summer 2025. Made us pay another $313 to have refrigerant replaced and September of 2025 it’s blowing Hot air again.

EDIT: I will say, I've gone here a couple more times and I do appreciate these guys. Always fast, always inexpensive. Big A was super nice and helpful. Even gave me one of his hot sauces for free (good stuff, too!). I can't completely ignore the issues described below, but they at least deserve a good rating. I hate to do this but I received unacceptable service from this company. My front camera on my car broke and the guy said bring it in, he'll have a look. He calls later and says my best bet is for them to take out the wiring and see if a rodent chewed through any of the wires. It'll cost $350 but it's a good gamble. I say go ahead, and since it was Friday, I asked what the timeline for this is. He replies if he can do it today he will, otherwise I'll have to bring the car back on Monday. 6pm rolls around and I realize I never got a call. Great, now my car's just stuck there and I go a full weekend without it. Monday rolls around and he calls saying sorry, it's not the wiring and I'll need to replace the camera. This is an expensive part so I ask him to order a used one to save some $, and he agrees saying it'll take a few days to get it. A week goes by. Then another, and I finally text asking what the hold up is. Some other guy calls me and says "sorry, we just plain forgot about you because the guy you were talking to was just filling in for me and crossed wires. We don't do this work and you'll have to take it into the dealership." I spent $560 here expecting one way or another to get this job done. If I were told they can't handle this from the start I would have dealt with the dealership from the start. What did I get out of $560? An oil and filter change and a lot of inconvenience and wasted time.

Two repairs so far, and each one seems to have done the trick, and there have been no issues arising from it. They even send out discount coupons in the mail, that they honor when the repair is done. Happy to find a good shop that is essentially walking distance from my house! Thanks all!

I’ve been going here for about 2 years . The shop has had turnover, but I’ve stuck with them until now . My recent oil change went well Except their suggestive selling of items I need to be replace was far from the truth. I was told the struts and the shocks were leaking. I ( held onto the shocks in case they want to dispute my review and they can look at them themselves) . That is not the case as I had them done by another shop. I’ve also told my serpentine belt had a crack they didn’t find anything wrong with it. They said , it looked new. I would like to express my concern to the owner, but unfortunately, I have to go through the shop to get that done . Honesty goes far with me that wasn’t displayed here.

First visit. Timing belt and water pump. + Next day appointment and good price on estimate. Slight delay of 1 day due to forgetting to add/order a new thermostat. Truck returned with repair incomplete and missing front skid plate. Luckily checked and found an obvious leaky hose clamp which was not properly seated. The next day started to do an oil change and found the skid plate missing. I called, the skid plate found and returned and was assured the mechanic would be spoken to. At the start I asked not to be charged for other diagnostics since I do my own work and know about the typical things the truck needs. At the close the service manager mention the engine misfires but since I didn't want diagnostic he had no explanation. Also mentioned radiator damaged. Again, no explanation despite related to their repairs I will not be going back due to sloppy/careless work and worse, a bad attitude. Sad, just sad.

Had my truck repaired there, pulleys and serpentine belt replacement. Told them what the problem was and what I wanted replaced specifically. They charged me twice what the labor hours should have been and twice what I could get the parts at the dealer for. The parts were poor quality. My truck didn’t make the noise anymore, but the belt slipped on startup for 30 seconds or so, every time. I took it to another mechanic who told me that the belt was crap. He replaced it and the belt stopped slipping.

Don't go here. They will tell you nothings wrong when there is something wrong. The reason I say this is because everything they said wasn't wrong I went and got a second opinion about and they were straight up just being dishonest. I asked them to replace a headlight and when they told me to come and pick it up the headlight was never replaced. They charged me for electrical work that never got fixed. They put in used parts to save money and they replaced a battery in one of my vehicles but didn't bother to tell me that there was nothing holding the battery down anymore so it was just flopping around in the engine well. I could keep going on but I'll stop there.

Took my car in for oil change these guys are the best Isaiah and Adam at the front desk. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they were very busy but took the extra time to explain and demonstrate a functionality on my Car. I highly recommend this shop.

Received a coupon mailer offering a $60 oil change. When I went in for the oil change, they tried to charge me $120, despite the coupon. The gave a few excuses and offered me $20 off, so $100. But that's still not the rate that was offered. Seems like a bait-and-switch. At the very least, dishonest business practice and a complete waste of my time. Really sucks too cause I live in the neighborhood and have been looking for a new mechanic after my dealership maintenance package recently ended, but I will not receive service from someone I can't trust.
