BEST service EVER!! I was 150 miles from home towing a travel trailer. My power steering pump failed late Friday night on a 3-day Memorial Day weekend. I needed to be back home Sunday morning to work an important wedding. I only found 2 auto repair shops open on Saturday. Only Miguel at CNC called me back at 9:15am. He opened at 9am. He told me over the phone he could fix it same day! So I unhooked my trailer and arrived at 10am. He even called me by name and offered me freshly brewed coffee when I arrived! He pulled my big truck into a bay right away and went to work. By 10:20am he had diagnosed and showed me exactly what I thought was wrong, the power steering pump was out. He quoted me a really good price and told me it would be done within 3-4 hours. At 2pm, he called and said it was done and price was just as quoted! The emergency fix was completed in under 4 hours and I was back on the road again!! Amazing service to help in an emergency situation! I'm super happy and impressed. Thanks Miguel!! I dropped my car off with Miguel on a Friday evening after work for to fix a couple of issues. He called me the next morning and all repairs plus oil change were done!! I was very impressed with the service! Miguel and Sam are very friendly and professional. It is nice to have a local repair shop that I can trust!!! Side note, I dropped my car off at the end of November and I didn't post a review until I saw how my car did after I left the shop. I am happy to say that i have not had any issues and my next oil change is approaching and i will definitely return to support this local, trusting business!! I recommend taking your car here!!

I called many places to have the clutch replaced on my 2013 Ford Focus SE. All the places I called said I needed a new transmission. It was very annoying. I have done lots of research on this car and I know that the transmission is still good and it was that clutch is worn and dirty from many miles and years of use. After calling many shops around Vancouver, one place told me it was too difficult for him but to call his friend Miguel at CNC automotive because he knows how to do it. I called Miguel he said yeah can do it, but he only uses Factory Original parts and wouldn't allow me to bring in my own cheaper parts even though I wanted to. I was initially annoyed with that but with a job this big I understand. He replaced the clutch and also diagnosed the o2 sensor that was causing the check engine light to be on for the past year. I now get better Gas mileage and the car seems like brand new. I also got a warranty on the work done which I wasn't expecting. He even kept the old parts to show me how worn out and dirty they were. I will come back in the future. This place has a small shop feel but highly professional too.

Hands down most incredible experience I have ever had at a mechanic! I called in the evening Miguel got me in first thing the next morning, and got my service done in 45 mins! I was quoted an apt time, and the apt time was true!!! Not only was he very fast and efficient, but super friendly, very easy to work with, and kept me in communication!! I will absolutely be back to him and you will regret it if you don't use him! I could not believe the service that was provided, I have never had this sort of service at a mechanic! 5 stars all around! I came here at the end of August. I needed a battery terminal replaced and assistance with putting in a new battery. I had gone to several places (Auto Zone, Advance Auto, even a dealership) and they all refused saying that it was too much work to do. One mechanic referred me to CNC and said to ask for Miguel. I called Miguel and he said, "I'll do it. Come on over." Within 10-15mins, Miguel had disassembled the piece, replaced the terminal and inserted the new battery!!! He was amazing! I expected a huge bill and was SHOCKED at the price!! It was no where near what other places had quoted me. I paid him and had to beg him to take more money. Yep, I paid him double because HE DESERVED IT !!! Thank you, Miguel. I cannot tell you how much you helped me that day.

Miguel is the best mechanic I've ever had! He returns your call and makes the effort to get you in as soon as possible. After carefully diagnosing your car, he takes the time to explain and present your options, remaining patient as you make your decision. Guy doesn't listen, I said I was able to force jump start my car and his diagnosis is just a bad battery, wasted 100 on towing to him and spending 250 on a new battery that actually didn't need to be changed. All the signs I described points to a parasitic drain. Hard to understand his explanation through his strong accent.

Miguel was very helpful diagnosing the problem with my vehicle. He offered to show me in person what the issue was, but when I couldn’t get down there on the preferred timeline, he took pictures and detailed video of the issue. So far, this shop is the best mechanic shop I have worked with. And as an owner of a fleet, I have worked with many.
