Excellent! These guys took care of me when I did not have a lot of money but had a flat tire on my kids’ truck. They fixed my truck in the parking lot for 25 bucks! Bargain! And when I got home, and my daughter saw that the tire was fixed I was a hero. Thanks guys, and when I need to get new tires, I will buy them from you!

I'm so happy, relieved to find mechanic/auto shop to support local business such as this one. Thank you especially to Joe!!! I've driven passed this place to/fro work since moving here May 2019, but after going to Jeep dealership twice & not getting the same treatment in SoCal being part of "Dodge" Jeep family, decided to look elsewhere with better customer care, service & pricing. I've read reviews; which went to get my 2014 Jeep Patriot serviced at 2 different auto shops. They both seemed decent, but decided give both shops a try. One day driving home from work, I stopped to have the air pressure checked on my tires; still get anxious with PNW weather! I drove in & quickly greeted by friendly guy named Joe, who kindly asked what services I needed & "no problem" as he checked my air gauge filling my tires to required level. He said "anything else needed just call in or stop by", surprisingly being open during the week plus Sat. Noticed most auto shops are wkdays only with "banking" hours, especially height of the pandemic. I've come by again, sometime later for tire check & greeted by Joe. Same friendly attitude, consistency observed. Always feel as he's the owner. Finally, it was time to get quotes for tires & not being a renewed warehouse member. Greeted again by Joe, he gave me quotes on 2 different types of tires. He gave me further explanation due to pandemic, transport, inventory can be limited & therefore pricing can change with being open to shopping around & not being "the other guys" aka: warehouse competitors & I voiced understanding. They also offer overall inspection for fee; which will go towards the service performed. I've never gone back Jeep dealership nor other 2 local auto shops. But I've gotten my oil change performed by Joe/crew, without appt & just driving in Saturday afternoon. Plus wipers replaced. I appreciate the fact, midway Joe will update me on what the progress is but I'm never rushing to get the job done nor do they make me feel rushed out. He goes over charges & what maintenance may be needed, answers questions I may have. Definitely not a vehicle person, just enough to have basic maintainance done. Since I have no family/few friends to rely on here in Vancouver, I have to trust myself & hope doing business with right companies & people. I didn't buy my tires from Mr. Auto's Tire Shop, since finding a better deal elsewhere online But I would have, since their tire quotes were comparable within reasonable pricing. I called at the last hour before shop closed, to have oil change. Mr. Auto was going to close early, being a slow day but to come in Once again, friendly quick demeanor explained what he'll do while asking if I have any concerns/questions, just let him know. I told Joe going on roadtrip to multiple states, if basic inspection can be done .. " no problem ". Another customer came in, Joe spoke with them and assisted to their needs. I observed as usual when I bring my vehicle in & Joe/crew worked on my Jeep. He let me know that one bulb was out from license plate, if I wanted to replace it and said since I'm here "go ahead". He/crew got oil change/lightbulb done. Everything looks good & recommended after returning from roadtrip, to have Serpentine belt replaced. Nothing to be concerned nor worried about that now, but based on mileage it would be time for replacement. Joe appreciated me being a repeat customer, especially during pandemic/economy; which in hopes to have more clients or repeat customers come to have their vehicles maintained. But he understands financially it's tough for everyone, so by word of mouth to get business in.See Joe especially at Mr. Auto's Tire Shop, he's friendly, honest, comparable prices, time management and support local businesses.

I had a small nail in my front left tire. Joe was super friendly and on top of everything. Got the tire off, sealed, pressured and back on in less than 10 min. Paid $25 for services. Very pleased and will definitely come back 😊

Joe is the man. This place is great! - my family and I had a tire blow out on i205. I didn’t have a means to pay for a tow truck at the moment this happen. I drove my vehicle safely to this shop. I was looking for a used tire, but joe said unfortunately the used tire inventory is very low. He quickly provided me a quote. The quote was more than I wanted to pay. !!! Joe said no worries, we can throw on your spare free of charge so you are not stranded. !! These guys had my spare on In about 5 minutes of arriving to the shop. Excellent customer service provided here. Please give them a shot - they will treat you right. Thanks again joe & team!

I brought my sons vehicle in and it was over heating and had a bunch of other issues. I’ve never had someone so professional walking me thru each step by step. Being honest and taking the time to hear me out and not rush me off the phone. They fixed my sons issue and had his car back on the road fast. Even took the time to even help me diagnose another issue my son has. I definitely recommend this business if you need an honest car shop to deal with Especially Joe being nice and honestly just caring about our vehicle and not just looking at us as another money sign

DON'T BOTHER. They charged me $615 for a $286 set of tires for sale at wally's. 1 valve stem was not replaced. 1 new valve stem leaks. Wheel nuts were overtightened by over 30 foot pounds. I am afraid to Ever use the 'warranty' they gave me. Last time I give business to the little guy... :/

Joe was great! The service here is top notch. I had a slow leak in my tire that the dealer couldn't seem to place when they rotated my tires. I stopped in to Mr Auto's Tire Shop and was back on the road within 10 minutes. They found 2 pinhole sized leaks, patched them up & $35 later I was driving away with peace of mind again! I'm so glad I took a chance on this small shop, as I've had bad experiences at bigger more well known places in town. Thank you guys!

This shop has hands down given me one of the best experiences I've had with a tire/mechanic shop. The crew was very respectful, made everything simple and easy to understand and made me feel like I would be taken care of. They helped me out in a time of need and got me taken care of the same day!! They even do oil changes, brakes, belts and many other jobs all-in-one location. It's quite convenient being able to find a shop that can almost do everything in one spot. Highly recommend this shop and will be back for my future repairs.

Just got my tires replaced here, Joe was super helpful and super fast! They didn't have my tires in stock so he got them delivered same day! I have a big trip tomorrow and they were able to get me in right away. I feel safe going on my long trip tomorrow! Will defiantly return for other services. My car all of the sudden wasn't holding coolant. A friend recommended this place. I went in, dropped my car off, and waited for a diagnosis. After two days (without a car), I went down there to ask what the situation was. The two mechanics who greeted me had no clue what was going on. I politely said thank you and asked for my keys back. They hesitated. I was in a good mood that day and didn't mention that I hadn't signed anything, and that they had no right to withhold my keys. Fortunately, they gave me my keys and asked that I visit the big boss before I left. I went to the boss's office and he was googling how to fix my car! He said it's either a head gasket or a new engine. The car had less than 45,000 miles on it! I said thank you for your time and moved on. For a mechanic, I recommend going elsewhere.

I was next door picking up a loan and I guess my tire was flat. Mike the GM noticed and let me know. He saw the panic in my eyes and told me they’ll take care of me. I walked out with a patched tire, good as new. I am so thankful & will be coming here for future work due to this good deed! ☺️
