Went out on my lunch break and noticed I had a leak in the valve stem on drivers side tire. Was just down the road so I called to see if they had time. He got me right in and replaced the valve stem super fast, and back on the road so I could make it back to work before lunch break was over. Thanks!!

Took my car in for a radiator replacement. did not tell me that it would need other things fixed as well. He did them anyways and charged me for it, without telling me he was going to do it. a week later had a radiator hose explode due to a faulty radiator cap and asked him to fix it, he said it was not his problem and would have to charge me for the hose. will NOT recommend using him.

So happy they were open on a Saturday and were able to take me right in. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, and the repair was done, all in about two hours. Very fair price and did not try to upsell me on anything. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

I got a flat tire, right next to this tire shop. I got excited to get some help when i pulled up and it was still open(came around 4:50pm). The Hispanic guy was nice and at first seemed helpful. I asked how much it would cost to get a new tire and he said they don't have the right size and wouldn't be able to fix it today anyway . Then i remembered i had a spare. We had to figure out how to get my spare tire from under the car, it needed a special key.The guy kept going back in the shop, so i tried to figure out how to bring down the tire. Long story short, After about 20min, i had the spare tire ready to replace the flat tire. When the guy tells me that hes not able to change the tire! He said "he's not qualified and its not part of his job description" i was appalled (jaw dropping). I asked if he can at least help me with taking the screws off the tire so i can try to do it myself but he "didnt want to put his company name on It". Than he practically had me move my car out of the garage so he can close the door and said to call AAA for help, leaving me stranded. Not happy with the customer service at all!The rain was just a cherry on top of everything going on. It was my first time coming here and with this experience i will never return again! Why work at an automotive shop if you cant change a tire! Respond to owner comment: My main issue is that you refused to help me put on the spare so that I could at least get home. That would have taken you less time than it took you to respond to my review.

I can't say enough about this place! Immediate. Knowledgeable. Friendly Service... with a smile. They were literally whistiling while they worked. Showed me photos of the inside of the car where repairs were needed. Payment plan directly sent to my phone. If you're taking your car anywhere else, you're wasting time and money. Wow they were quick informative and friendly. They have a military rebate as well. I was in and out in about 30 minutes for 4 new tires and had to replace a wheel. Car is riding nice after with no problems. Also tires were great price!!

Our truck's transmission gave up the ghost while we were visiting from out-of-town. After making a call to Four Seasons, we had our truck towed in and they were able to confirm the sad news about our transmission. The shop owner, Fazaan, was able to find a remanufactured one that was in stock and ready to ship, though, so we didn't have to compromise and install a used one. This was all happening at the beginning of Memorial Day weekend, so it was especially nice to find a shop with time and willingness to help get this process started. Despite the holiday weekend affecting shipping times, it took less than 2 weeks to get my truck back on the road, and it cost far less than working with the dealership.

Faazan was very informative when I asked him to help me pick tires (settled on Blizzaks - the best winter tire from personal experience) for my GX470, and he weighed other options with me and had suggestions. Tires installed yesterday, rear brakes, and wipers. He got it all done right and was timely, and also was very communicative throughout the whole process! Loved the service and fair pricing. Will be going to him for work on my vehicle from now on. Highly recommend!
