The gentleman that helped my frail old broken down self, with coming out to my daughter's van to help get the diagnostic she desperately needed, was So Very Kind and thoughtful of my condition. He did the diagnostic test, helped me back into the store and printed out the results so I could get my daughter the information for her to move forward to fix her car. Normally, I would get to do all of it & enjoy. More recently, my health has Not allowed and this kind gentleman was above & beyond accommodating! Thank you

This O'Reillys is ok. The one in Hazel Dell SUCKS! Arogance will bite you back sooner or later. And training countermen into bad habits or just plain laziness, is where I see the Hazel Dell store going.

I just had an incident with my car today in Vancouver Washington when I hit a red pole with significant paint transfer on the driver’s side. I called the local oreillys and spoke to Drew, who told me to come by. He and another gentleman used brake fluid and completely removed the paint- without damaging the paint! He refused to let me pay him and I am still amazed at their consideration and kindness! THANK YOU OREILLYS for having such great employees!

I didn’t catch their names but the employees that were working on Thursday October 23rd at 4:30 PM were so helpful and kind. Seriously I can't even put into words how strongly I recommend this O'Reilly store and it's employees. Last night Tomas went above and beyond to help with our project. He was helpful and friendly beyond the standard. And today when we returned Jake the manager was so patient with us. From questions to troubleshooting the solves he made the whole process better. They 100% have my business going forward. AMAZING Customer service! HELPFUL! FRIENDLY! KNOWLEDGEABLE! I would seriously give more stars if it was an option. A complete 180° from the "customer service" I received at another auto parts store yesterday.
