Stopping unexpectedly after 7 minutes and went out of service. One other kiosk had the same problem when we arrived and the other was powered off. Had to drive to a different location. Don't recommend.

My wife took our journey in for an oil change today as she was leaving the sales rep came up from the workshop and said that you need to look at things that need to be done. like replacing a rear axle seal cover . replacing a timing chain cover gasket because it's leaking oil. Funny I watch my driveway everyday for oil leaks under the journey. So there is no oil leak on my driveway no spots no big oil spots because they said my oil level in the journey was slow where's the oil going it's not on my driveway. I think somebody was trying to scam my wife out of 3500 dollars not happy with the service today they changed the oil they also took and got my wife so nervous and worried about her car falling apart and I can't find a drop on her car or on my driveway not real happy with Dick Hannah I think they should talk to people and not make women so nervous that they come home and argue with their husband over nothing

When first called about checking to see if they could fix what I knew to be wrong with the car they wanted to check it first. Frustrated but he said it would be free then It turns into 200 dollars!!! Not only did the check say the same exact thing I already said was wrong with it they try to gouge me for the service Even if I bought the part and paid someone $33 an hour to do the labor, it would still easily easily be under $500. Probably roughly $100. They wanted to charge over $700 nearly $800. Not to mention they also try to upsell another thing which would have ended up being thousands of dollars. And finally after I did get my car back from these scam artists there was a screwdriver stuck in my door.
