My front bumper got taken out by a Uhaul. Scheduling to get my car in was incredibly easy and dropping my car off went very smoothly. Brandon at the front desk even called Enterprise for me to make sure they were coming to pick me up. They kept me up to date on how my car was doing, and when I picked my car up, everyone was super helpful and nice. My battery died during detailing (something I hadn't expected and I'm so impressed they cleaned my nasty, dirty interior) and one of the guys immediately came out to jump it. If I ever need body work again, I'm definitely coming back here! They even buffed out a scratch I've had on my driver's side door forever!

I broke the passenger-side mirror on my 2015 Prius. Estimates ranged from $275-$650. Five Star recommended I buy the part online, which I did, and that they could install it, which they did, on the same day I drove it in (!) in about 10 minutes! I know I can't guarantee that everyone would get while-you-wait service, but these folks also saved me ~$600! Great service, and their shop is super clean and really cool. If I ever need body work again, this is where I go.

They did a great time on our truck. They replaced the tailgate that had been damaged. While installing it they weren’t happy with the way it was lining up so they completely ordered another one do it turned out right. The color match was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone. Everyone there was friendly and always smiling. Wish I had better pic’s. Here are before and after. A fifth-wheel hitch failed and slammed into the tailgate. Thanks again Five Star Auto Body.

They are honestly 5 stars. They are super fair in their pricing and we’re very transparent with us regarding what was possible for our vehicle. We needed a new grill put onto our truck, which was pretty labor intensive… we supplied the grill itself and they not only installed it, but also fixed the thing that was preventing our hood from latching properly. I would not hesitate to bring our car back to them again.

I needed a front bumper repair/replacement for my 2019 Honda Civic. I obtained three quotes from auto body shops in Vancouver. I admit I was shocked by the estimates but they were all comparable. The one I got from Marley and Joel at the Columbia Street shop was not only the most reasonable but the most thorough: Marley went through each line item, explaining them clearly. As a locally-owned shop it was an easy choice. Not only was the front bumper replacement work done exemplary, but even with the holiday season, they got my car in quickly, promising three days to complete the work. My car was ready in two days. Plus the shop washed my car and even cleaned the interior! It looked brand new when I picked it up. I can't recommend this auto body shop highly enough. Five Stars for Five Star Auto Body!

Phenomenal experience with Five Star Auto Body! This was my first time ever needing an body shop, and I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in, they exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for me. Not only did they do an incredible job on the body work (you’d never know there was any damage!), they even went above and beyond by recommending M1 Auto Glass for a chip repair while my vehicle was in their shop, that work was also done perfectly. What really stood out was how seamless the entire process was. The turnaround time was very reasonable, and it was clear that customer experience is a top priority for them. They even took care of a tire light I wasn’t expecting to have resolved. Just another example of how they go the extra mile. I couldn’t be happier with how my vehicle turned out! I used Five Star for my car accident claim, and it was an amazing experience. Where to even start: They connected with the insurance company and gave me an appointment to come in very quickly. When I arrived, I noticed they had a really nice lobby, with a fun Soda fountain sticking out of a mounted front car grill?? Super cool. They also had a nice tv, a cool assortment of candy bars, and the classic coffee station. What stood out the most, though, was the service from Andrew. He gave me all the information I needed, and even set up a technician to help pull off my bumper and make sure there was no unexpected damage underneath. I was in and out in like 5-10 minutes, with all the information and feedback I needed. Did you know they also have loaner cars in case you don’t have rental car coverage through your insurance? I could tell from my first call that this place isn’t just called “Five Star”, they set the standard for 5 star service. Thank you so much!
