Every time I take my car to these guys, they treat me like a friend, fix my car right, or send me to someone who can, and charge a fair price. I send all my friends and family to these guys, because they have proven themselves TRUSTWORTHY. They will treat you likewise, too! Test it and you will see for yourself. They also have a sense of humor.

Twice now, I have had my car towed to J-Rod's, after hours, unbeknownst to them. They were not expecting me, in fact did not even know that I existed!!! (They were very highly recommended by an acquaintance of mine). They have been awesome! Reasonably priced, (tho nothing car repair related, is reasonable, right?!?) Even tho they were completely booked, they somehow found a way to work me in! I've only met Ingrid, gosh, I don't even know what her title is but it quickly became apparent to me that, Miss Ingrid is the one that makes J-Rod's run smoothly and efficiently. I have a feeling she wears many hats at JRods... Lol She is top notch in my opinion! Jerrod, as comfortable being head honcho as he is working beneath a vehicle, is an honest business owner who really cares about others. JRods is the only place I will take my car to now! If I could I would give zero stars. Have taken 2 cars there, one for engine rebuild, and one transmission rebuild. They didn't tell me that they send them out to another shop for the rebuild. Also was told max of 3 weeks. And I didnt get my vehicles back for 4-5months. Then tried charging me for something they said they fixed. But in all actuality messed it more. I wouldn't recommend them.

My son just got his license a few months ago and has had a few "learning experiences" in my car. I drive a lot for work and can't be without my car. These guys always take great care of us and get me back on the road right away. They are very knowledgeable and have fair prices, but above all I really appreciate their honesty and dedication to customer service.

I just picked up my 1967 Pontiac and it was another amazing job by this shop. JROD and Ingrid are the best team. She keeps me updated and he does the best job of taking care of my car. They replaced my front suspension and wow! What a difference. My car drives amazing. They treat you like family and take great care of your classic.

I got the part I thought needed to be fixed to get my check engine light off. This place knew it was the wrong part and instead of telling me that beforehand, they installed the part anyway. So I had to pay for the labor and the part and my check engine light is still on. Furthermore, when scheduling, the receptionist takes on average 2-3 days to get back with you. Two times she did not respond at all, so after a week went by I had to inquire again. They do have good prices here, but the lack of quality and professionalism here is astounding.

My experience at jrods automotive today was fantastic, I dropped off a 72 international travelall in the morning at the scheduled time I got personalized attention from the owner. I explained the issues I was having with my vehicle and left. I have experience with these vehicles in particular and they need to be in the hands of a skilled mechanic to say the least. All of the items I was hoping to have corrected were complete by the end of the day and the repairs were explained to me very well. my favorite part... the price!! when I heard how much my bill was for their services I was relieved that here was a business that provides excellent service with very modest prices. I genuinely applaud your whole team for your service! other business owners would benefit from conducting business the way you do. thank you.

I highly recommend this shop! I tend to like working on my own vehicles. I have bought several challenging repairs to jrod auto and every time the outcome exceeded my expectations. The actual finished product these guys turn out is excellent and it has always been a friendly environment. This is my go to shop. I have been letting people know about my great experience here.

My RV has been there for 21 months and not finished. Jarod gave me a three month to complete the project when I took it to him in March 2021. I can not get an answer for a copletion date and the snow is going to fly soon. it is july ,2025 and do not have any time for completion of his work.

There's good service, there's great service, and then there is EXCEPTIONAL service. My family has been going to J-Rod's for maybe close to 8 or 10 years, but they were our secondary shop since we'd been established another place for 20. They did plenty of work for us, I wish I could go back and give them all our business! When our other mechanic retired and sold the place, the new owner did a bunch of incorrect repairs on my car and wouldn't give a proper refund. It was awful. I took the car to Jarrod and Ingrid for help. They went above and beyond in helping me understand what happened, decide what to do, and fix the incorrect repairs. They even spent extra time talking to me when I was deciding whether or not to go to small claims. They are always happy to take my calls, and so generous with their time. My car continued to have a few more issues (it's got 230k miles but we wanted to keep going) and they helped make everything as affordable as possible. They could have charged me more for repeated inspections but discounted them out of the goodness of their hearts to help me after the trouble I'd been through. Their labor costs are very fair and they won't tack on extra charges for unnecessary shop supplies. They went above and beyond in keeping costs down for me. I don't know what I would have done without their help. I kept having to tow my car to them without an appointment, but they still completed repairs in an incredibly timely manner. They always communicated costs and timelines clearly. Over the years they've worked basically every part of my car and done excellent work. I live near Beaverton but I still won't take my business anywhere else. This is a place you can really rely on. If you're not sure who to trust with your car, go here!!
