he said he would call me to setup a day for him to fix the belt cuz my ac not working anymore after he install the new alternator and he knows what happen then i message the number that i usuallly message when he came by to intsall the new alternator but then now cant send a message to him anymore so with that said review wise a zero no stars overall service horrible i wouldnt recoment this place to anyone better off going somewhere else better

Brakes were feeling wobbly and vibrating when driving. Got a quote from Les Schwab who wanted to replace the entire rear brake system at a really high price and consulted with Jorge on what would be best. He recommended what needed to actually be replaced, responded quickly, and got to me within a day of my availability. Had it all fixed quickly in an hour. Can't recommend him enough for the speed, quality, and value!

I had a great experience with Jorge from Auto Repair To You. He has very competitive prices and worked quickly to change the oil in my Tacoma, as well as the front/rear differentials—great service, done promptly while being very efficient. I felt comfortable from the jump when discussing prices. He was honest and transparent about what needed to be done to ensure my truck was in great condition. Jorge also inspected my vehicle to make sure it was ready for winter. The biggest convenience was he came to my location and finished in the estimated time frame in his quote. Very impressed! He’s the guy I will have service my vehicles moving forward.

Zero stars! Can’t say this enough. Communication and reliability zero! Booked and confirmed an appointment for next day. The guy never showed, texted 5 hours after the appointment to say something came up. We then had to pay to stay in a hotel, get a rental and tow our car to a shop. Don’t call this guy if you want helps he will ghost you and leave you will more headache than good!

I found this company today while waiting for some dealerships to open. I called to confirm they do pre-purchase inspection and he was able to schedule me in easily. After not liking the first car I checked in and asked if he could do one more inspection for me 30 minutes away, and Jorge got me scheduled. We pulled in to the dealership at the same time even! I had the chance to see him inspect the car (inside,around, and under) and with his report back I confidently bought the car. Thanks for making it super easy for me man! Highly recommend auto repair to you. They ran a little later than the original plan but Jorge was quick to respond when I sent a text checking in. Once he got there he quickly diagnosed the problem (it was tricky because the problem went away when he came, like they do), went to pick up a part, and the repair was done way before I expected! Jorge was great, very friendly, very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them for future needs. Just be flexible timing wise (they’re coming to you after all) and you’ll be a happy customer!
