I went in with an oil leak on my 2 year old Subaru Forester Sport. I live in Federal Way WA but had to come down to Vancouver to help my elderly Mother. I was familiar with Dick Hannah Subaru because I bought my first Subaru here in 2013. My local mechanic found an oil leak and figured it was still under warranty, I called the day before explaining my schedule and situation and they said they could get me in the next day and have a loaner ready for me too. I dropped it off at 8:15 and they called me at 1 saying everything was completed Not only did the fix the leak they did my oil change. They were fast and courteous, as always! I highly recommend Dick Hannah of Subaru ...both their sales and service department!

Came in without an appointment because I thought I had an issue after hitting something on the 205 bridge. It was busy that day and they squeezed me in relatively fast. Had me go into the shop while my Ascent was still on the car lift to assure me that everything was in working order and checked out fine. No charge and I was on my way. Overall I’ve had great experiences with Subaru dealers in general and these people are no different, I would recommend for sure.

We had an error message popping up regarding the power steering. It did not occur predictably or frequently and did not show up when the service department first tested for it. A few weeks later, it began flashing again in at irregular, unpredictable times. The service department again ran it through testing without positive ID but the technician noticed the battery terminals had not been tightened tightly and that solved the problem. Service staff helpful, positively engaged and spent a total of three days working to resolved this safety issue. No charge for extra work over 3 day period. Great crew at Dick Hanna Subaru, Vancouver, WA!

Just outstanding service. Steve did a great job of taking care of my Subaru Ascent. While there for seat repair they noticed a vibration/noise, investigated and discovered a Crack in the front pipe assembly and fixed that too. Brilliant service and Steve kept me in the loop all the way. Once again, Our next vehicle will be bought at Dick Hanna.

Yesterday, my truck died. Ram 1500 2025. Today, I got a loan car the same, and surprise, it broke after a 10-minute drive 😭😭 Update: 06.17.25 Thank you, Gabe, for helping. He did all not painful how it can be. We get our track back. Fingers crossed, it does not happen again. Only for Gabe left 5 star. Thank you again. Update 06.24.25: Unfortunately, today, I got a bill for the loan car, although he said and gave written confirmation that there are no extra fees. Everyone around is lying. it is very disgusting to deal with them. by the way, the car broke down again after 500 miles. so they are also very bad mechanics.

I met my service rep Frank Ross on that visit and have relied upon his advice, honesty, and genuine support for all these years. Frank and the entire service team have guided me in keeping my Forester in top shape.
