I don't understand why this shop has such a bad rating. Craig and Doug took great care of my truck and were very polite to me. My truck had an issue with the trailer break system, and Doug got it diagnosed and repaired in less than four hours. Did I also fail to mention I was a "drive in"? I would've had to make an appointment with most other shops. If I ever have anything that needs repaired, replaced, or added to my truck, I will definitely be going back to D & M Muffler & Auto Repair!

Brought my car in on a Monday for a three day repair. They were replacing the timing chain and seals on the bottom of the engine. Was quoted $1800-2000. On the 4th day I called and the man on the phone identified as Craig told me it would be longer, how much longer he did not know. He said they had put everything back together, started it, it died, and now it would not start again. This was annoying, but I tried to be understanding. It took 11 days on my 3 day repair. When I picked up my car the new bill was for 2700. Craig demanded cash for the repair, most likely because he knew I was going to be upset about their work. They replaced the radiator for some reason and it made several noises when I drove it away. I took it to the dealership and I must now pay $4000 to fix what they broke. This place is a tragedy. The people are rude and the work is substandard. They used substandard parts after assuring me it was all being done to the highest standards. Long story short. I paid these people thousands and they broke my car. Avoid like the plague. I wish there was a zero star option.

Amazing! Let me say that again, this place is amazing!!! The staff is very friendly. They not only did the work on my car for FAR less than other places, they did it quick and even offered me a ride home while I left my car there to be worked on. These guys are down to earth and just the nicest! Please don’t go anywhere but here for your car needs!! They will NOT do you wrong!

Got my car fixed the first time and a few weeks later the engine light is back on. Went back up there the second time and asked for the receipt so I gave it to him to look at it .he was very rude and tried to pick a fight with me about the parts they fixed and won’t see why the engine light came back on and said “that has nothing to do with us “ and proceeded to throw my receipt in the trash and just continued to argue with me .

I took my 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 in due to exhaust manifold leak on both sides due to broken bolts. (Hemi Tick) I dropped my truck off in the afternoon and it was ready by noon the next day. I was pleased with prompt service and price of repair. I recommend this shop and will be back if I have any other issues.

The guys are so freaking rude and did not want to fix’s my husband truck, these people pretty much laughed in his face and said “his truck was not good enough to work on” . Not professional at all. And we should of read all the other reviews before going here.. Stay Far Away (it does not matter if you want a muffler on a bicycle, is that what you do there??)

Went in this morning for a muffler delete on my 99 wrangler and they did a fantastic job. I also had a deafening squeal when the jeep would start up but it would quiet down after a few seconds. They took a quick look at it after doing the exhaust and fixed it in 5 minutes. These fellas know their stuff and are very honest, respectful and straightforward. I’ll definitely be back for any future mechanical work. Keep up the great work guys

Not for me. I won't return, ever. If you like to be treated like a dummy for asking a simple question about your repair, D&M is for you. After I had muffler work done that was just as expensive as the dealership. I came back for a check engine light and they charged me $110 to plug in a device and pull codes that took 5 minutes. They're surly and the furthest thing possible from friendly or welcoming. The waiting area is awful and the nasty bathroom is an in house outhouse. I got the impression that the man who quoted and did the work on my car hates his job and/or customers. I don't believe that the high ratings for this joint are organic. I emailed the owner after he posted a reply claiming my review was false. And he took down his dumb replies insisting that I was a fake customer after I posted the debit paid to that wretched place.

Went in for some exhaust work on my custom mini truck. I thought it was going to be a simple repair. It quickly turned into not so simple. That is just how it goes when you are working on custom vehicles. The crew at D & M did not quit. They stayed at it and got it fixed right. They even repaired an electrical issue that popped up while I was there. Great work, from a great crew. They went above and beyond for me and I believe they will for you too.
