The people working there are very nice. However, their prices are astronomical! $155 an hour to run a diagnostic. Each system takes and hour! No way! I have been working on cars for years. I know better. They want a lot of money for nothing. $199.00 to change light bulbs! $75.99 for windshield wipers! Honestly it saddens me to think that people could get taken advantage of like this.

Had a warning symbol come up while I was traveling. Called DPat when I got back and had them check it out. They found the fault and explained what it was and what it meant. Very professional and comforting to know that their was no problem and what possible causes of the fault were. As always, service is very good and professional. Always great service.

We appreciated the effort put in to see to our vehicle while we were on a road trip. Even though the appointment wasn’t available before Tuesday (we made the appointment on Sunday), we appreciated that they got a look at the issue on Monday to diagnose the issue ahead of the appointment. While there were issues in getting the work completed as more issues became known through the repair process, we were kept informed. It would have been nice if a greater amount of inspection of the brake system would have allowed for more of the parts to have been ordered at the outset. Overall, I really appreciated the attention we received during the process.

I have no had good luck at all at this service center. First visit the service did not listen to my directions and started working on the car before I gave the go ahead to work on the car. Leading to an extra $200 on the bill. Second time, and will be the last time I go here for service. I went to get 2 tires replaced, as well as 4 lug bolts replaced. Appointment was at 1:45, I showed up at 1:15 and was told 1.5-1.75 hours. I left at 3:30 without the car wash I was promised. As well as having tire goop all over my wheels. Down right horrible service, especially when you're paying the D-Patrick premium. I'm sure other people have had good luck here. I'm sure it can be good service but I would not recommend ever coming here for anything. I couldn't even get an apology for anything.
