I was one lucky guy to stumble across Energy Savings Services. Gilbert and his amazing team did the impossible on my rushed deadline. I have always heard, that in any job, you can have it done fast, cheap, or high-quality, but at best you will only get 2. I had a my brand new vehicle tinted a couple years ago and never remembered to leave a review. Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. The window tint job was ok I guess. I asked for a bigger windshield stripe over a normal 4” asking for maybe 6” and the person on the phone agreed. When I picked the vehicle up it was a small 4” strip( I took it elsewhere to get replaced to a bigger one). I also noticed a nice perfect scratch from a razor blade right at eye level. This is from using a used or dirty 2 cent razor blade. When I talked to who I think is the owner he looked at it and said well I would have to go to Seimers glass because that’s who does their repairs. So he made a phone call to them and then I dropped by with my vehicle. Siemers then told me that it couldn’t be buffed out and the whole windshield needed replaced and they would call ESS. After that I never heard a word. Not even a call apologizing about the scratch or offering a discount on my next vehicle window tint. I would highly recommend taking the vehicle elsewhere due to the fact of ESS not even following up. I hate leaving bad reviews to local business but as a car person I don’t want someone to have the same issue.
