They left a bolt out of the front caliper. The caliper fell off while I was driving and I was unable to stop. Thankfully, nobody was hurt. They apologized and fixed the problem, however, the same thing just happened to my husband’s work vehicle that was serviced there. Again, thankful nobody was hurt and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I recently took my car to this shop after being told over the phone that the inspection for the issue I described would be free. However, after they performed the check, I was unexpectedly charged for the service. On top of that, they didn’t even identify or resolve the problem I brought my car in for. To make matters worse, the staff was rude and dismissive when I tried to address the issue. This experience felt dishonest and unprofessional. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can trust, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They failed to honor their word and treated me poorly in the process.

Two stars because the owner seemed personable and wanted to make things right but as a front desk guy, Tommy needs to communicate with customers far better. If a part is a special order you may want to make it very clear that you plan to make the client responsible for that cost whether the work is done or not. I’ve been asked not to come back because I was not going to pay for a miscommunication on his end. Found a better deal elsewhere to have the correct fix to my original issue after they claimed a full strut replacement would fix my issue (which it didn’t). They seem okay for general car maintenance and small fixes but in my case I just wasted a lot of time and money.

Well took advise from friend to come here since Evansville auto and super service center couldn’t figure it out… well seems these guys can’t either, a flashing engine light , didn’t even explain why it’s running rich and smoking… honestly I feel they don’t care and it’s sad… I’m a journeyman plumber and I never leave a customer with I don’t know! Bottom line!

I would like to give praise to these guys who worked us in, looked at my daughter’s car and did what needed to be done to ensure she was safe on the road. I’m sure there were things they could have searched for and found that “could” be replaced but they were not out to take advantage of me and I appreciate that. We’ve been dealing with wheel bearing issues for months and I finally feel safe with her back on the road. They’re reasonably priced and work hard to get you back on the road safely and efficiently Thank you!

Quality Automotive was booked on a Friday but was able to work us in and replaced the radiator. We showed up right before noon and was back on the road by 4. These guys are Great, honest, local businesses. Took my Jeep to get the air conditioner door under the dash fixed. They were unable to get it repaired.
