Jeff was very rude. They did a horrible job on my vehicle. He blamed me for bad parts I brought in. His mechanic Bill should have known if the parts were too big instead he put them on and my vehicle sounded worse. Then they charged me for a service they didn't even do and it has taken me over a week to get my money back. Jeff was very non professional when he talked to me and tried to make this my fault when they could have said no from the start. I would not recommend going there. It was a half done job and my vehicle is still wrong. I am taking it to another shop to have it looked at. They are horrible.

Great work they did on my vehicle for several years until recently... Paid over $642 to get a leak repaired just to find 2 weeks later after i moved my vehicle from my garage to Trade it in, I noticed the same oil leak but worse. Not sure what happened, I'm sure they would have made it right but it still makes me question the repair work and price given. To quality automotive, it's been a good journey, I may return at some point, but very unhappy about this one. Thanks, Eric

Two stars because the owner seemed personable and wanted to make things right but as a front desk guy, Tommy needs to communicate with customers far better. If a part is a special order you may want to make it very clear that you plan to make the client responsible for that cost whether the work is done or not. I’ve been asked not to come back because I was not going to pay for a miscommunication on his end. Found a better deal elsewhere to have the correct fix to my original issue after they claimed a full strut replacement would fix my issue (which it didn’t). They seem okay for general car maintenance and small fixes but in my case I just wasted a lot of time and money.

Was very pleased with how fast they were able to get me in. They took the time to explain to me what needed to be done. Dropped my car off before work and my car was ready by 11am. 10/10 recommend.

Took my vehicle here after seeing all the positive reviews. Paid an arm and leg for power steering issues to only have the new pump and rack and pinions added start squealing again right after. My experience seems much more in line with all the reviews that of course came out right after I took my car here. The owner was nice over the phone but I have a feeling I got a raw deal.

I recently had tires installed on my truck while out of state on vacation and was told I should probably get a front end alignment when I got back to Evansville. A friend suggested Quality Automotive & Tire and told me this place does great work. I called and set up an appointment and showed up on time. My truck was pulled in promptly and after about twenty minutes they pulled my truck back out. The polite attendant called my name and said your done. I asked what the charges were and he said " No charges, you don't need an alignment, you're good to go." The people here are as honest as the day is long! Although I didn't have any work done here, the honesty will bring me back for any work I will need in the future! I highly recommend Quality Automotive & Tire !!

I've been to Quality twice now where they identified the problem as a very easy fix, handled it fast and charged way less than I was expecting. For this reason, I'll be bringing my car to Quality for everything from now on, it's rare to find a shop you can really trust.

Absolutely do not recommend. Bill is quite possibly the worst at dealing with customers I've ever heard. They leave your car unlocked sitting in the parking lot. If your want to pick up your car you have to do it before they close at 5:30, even though they don't tell you that. Bill was the guy who called me. He was less than helpful with information. When I questioned him the next day about picking up the car he said "our hours are listed on the door". One would wonder why they have key fob lock boxes to pick up your car when obviously you have to get it before they close. Stay away from this place!! Go to a reputable place that cares about their customers vehicles. This place is not it + **edit to respond to owners insults...I OFFERED TO PAY YOU. I mentioned nothing about the transmission. My complaint has to do with your horrible attitudes. I MISS THE OLD OWNERS!!!

Took my car here to get coils checked and decided to repair myself after hearing $611 charge to replace. During the process they broke my intake duct and then glued it back together. I called and was told they didn't take the car apart at all. I just worked on this before I gave them the car and the duct was fine. Liars and b.s. artists at this location. Stay away.

Came in because my Stabilitrak sensor was flashing and was grinding when I turned the steering wheel to the right. They were able to diagnose it as the wheel hub wiring and assembly and fixed it within less than 2 hours! Had the same issue a few years ago with the hub sensor and it took a day to get it back and it wasn't repaired correctly. I trust them. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I'll be coming back there again.
