Super nice. I was visiting Evansville from Texas and ran my battery down when I left lights on. I got a jump and went to have battery checked before I headed out alone on a 12 hour drive. They were so nice and helpful and checked battery and said it was good and I didn't need a new one. Then they charged it for me....and all with no cost to me!

The facility was very clean, with a large waiting area so you can keep your distance from others. The staff was very jovial from the minute I entered the facility. The staff working the service center are very knowledgeable they quickly figured out what was wrong with my car. The wait time for my vehicle once it was in the shop was very short and you'll get a proper estimate before they start the work and it's usually spot on.
