Went by to have some windshield wipers and cabin air filter installed and “Will” the manager had an issue with the ford glove box where the cabin air filter was located. Ford had a clip method on this year model that was not a good system and it broke during the re-install of the glove box door. They were apologetic and was quick to run it up line to the operations manager Matt who did a fantastic job reaching out to area dealers for a replacement! Brand new and this was difficult to find due to it being a 2013. Within a couple of weeks it was on the car and explained in detail the old configuration and it’s bad design.. I agreed it was a botched design just waiting for this issue. However…..Matt did an awesome job getting it resolved and in a wow amount of time! Not many companies would have extended that kind of service above and beyond especially in that window of time. Both Will and Matt exceeded the expectations of what I thought was going to be a difficult remedy. I hope this review helps in your decision to have your car needs done there at the green river location or any for that matter! Let me also say everyone should have there cabin air filter replaced because mine was horrible and it made a big difference! You would be shocked as to how awful they get and what your breathing. Anyway kudos to Lucas Oil ……Matt and Will. Thank You ! We will be back!!! Kenny Keen Elberfeld Indiana

I have now visited this location, at minimum, half a dozen times. Quite often I am in and out within 20-25 minutes. Today was very different, being there for well over an hour and a half, with cars coming after me being put through before me due to them switching what bay my car was sitting in. These guys, more often than not, get it done quickly, but I would recommend arriving later in the afternoon on weekdays, or being there first on weekends. All around, this location does very well to get you in and out very quickly, but suggest you call ahead to see how heavily trafficked they are if you are intending to get it done lickety split to be somewhere else.

Might be first ever review I’ve written but I went in had probably 4-5 people that came in after me leave with their vehicles before me and had a driver side rear turn signal changed, then the socket because it wasn’t the bulb that was bad was told it’s now working….. when I got home to double check, it wasn’t working. I was inside just over 2 hours for an oil change……. Go somewhere else if you enjoy your free time (my sister 20 minutes prior to me went to jiffy lube and was in and out in 15 minutes for an oil change)
