Called to Purchase a new Lincoln Navigator. The salesman and manager text me back and forth. I asked multiple times and tried to call to put a down payment. After a couple of hours they called me to tell me someone had just got there to look at it and they wouldn’t take my deposit on the vehicle.

I was unaware after taking my first Explorer un for a recall service that it did not get completed. I received a call several weeks later and honestly thought someone had made a mistake by calling me. I went in for my oil change and I mentioned the earlier call. Found out then that the recall Was Not completed before. Wow!!!! So I had to schedule another service visit. Later at home looked at service record and seen that tire rotation was completed. But they actually rotated a dangerous Plugged tire on the front drivers side. I called the service dept and asked that they find out about a replacement. I still have never heard anything.
