Don’t take your car here. They’re nice to your face but talk about you like they can’t hear you. You’ll spend thousands just to have something wrong with your car still. No place in Bloomington with honest mechanics.

I have had a good experience here before, so hopefully this was just a one off. I took my vehicle in for a brake inspection. The price came back almost double what the dealership quoted. I declined their service. When I picked up my vehicle, the passenger seat was fully reclined. I guess someone decided to take a nap in my car? There's no need to be in the passenger seat for a brake inspection.

The office staff worked hard to help me get financing for an emergency repair that could have caused catastrophic damage and a ticket if I were to get pulled over. I can do a lot of repairs myself but not this. They made it possible for me to be able to drive my car safely again, saved my body from hard labor, and saved down time from the car being out of commission. I can resume life as normal. I would have been in a world of hurt without the financing option. They are literal life savers. I will definitely go back in the future.

Came in a while ago for new brakes and rotors since it was metal on metal. Went home and the rotors were rusty and looked the same. I thought the rotors looked the same and just pads were done, but I trusted the reviews and wasn't completely sure what i was looking for, so we left it alone and gave them benefit of doubt. Took vehicle to another shop later for a different issue and they pointed out rotors were old, highly rusted, and pitted, recommending replacement for safe operation. With that information I'm certain the rotors were never replaced like we paid for. I'll charitably consider it accidental, negligence, and miscommunicated between service advisor and mechanic, but this is not acceptable.

I have always taken my car to Meineke for oil changes. I know how to change oil, I know how to do many of the things that they do. But, I'm getting older and it's nice for someone to watch over my vehicle and take care of the issues. Are they a little bit pricey....Sure they are. But, I'm paying for the assurance that my vehicle has been checked out.

Had a good experience. Took truck in for oil change, balance and rotation and check on brakes. All work was done timely and well and actually was told by a different business several months ago that my brakes were close to needing replaced, but meineke said on the contrary I had quite a bit of life left on brakes. 8mm and 7mm front and back.

Nice enough staff - only in for free estimate (which is nice and I appreciated an hour wait while they diagnosed brake and suspension issues up front) - a post buy inspection if you will - paused on expensive repairs for now but intend to use them in future - trustworthy!

They've got fantastic customer service very nice people and understandable. The business charges pretty heavy for inspections in my opinion but at least it'll get done right, for example to check for an evap system leak they charge $135 which is mostly towards the time it takes but its not like im asking to change anything just a simple check up. Other than that they make great suggestions and I love they way the setup their inspection list between immediate action and future action really helpful, my only thing for that is maybe more pictures or even an Google image just to know what exactly im looking for, and when they inspect brakes it would be nice to if the front ones are worse than the back ones instead of saying breaks need change and show an image of the front right only (thats for poor people like me XD). But other than that fantastic absolutely no serious issues other than pricing. Thank you for your time and service.

We took our vehicle for a sensor repair. $800 later, as soon as we get a few miles down the road the light comes back on. We took the vehicle back to the shop and they still couldn’t fix it. Recommended going to the dealership for a factory system reset. They wouldn’t give our money back (I’m okay paying for labor costs) and said if the dealership couldn’t fix it, to bring it back. Yeah right. We felt very ripped off. They knew the whole time it was a sensor issue and should have directed us to the dealership the first visit but they just pocketed the money. I’ll never bring another vehicle here again. We also emailed the manager to explain the situation and never heard back.

I have taken my car here, twice now and the services have been great. Brandon and Junior are very welcoming and nice. They are never pushy and you get the option on what you would like to them service and decline as well. It also gives you the price options so no surprises. Place is always clean, clean bathroom, has wifi, and coffee, comfy chairs if you are having to wait for you car to be done!
