2007 Audi Q7 Called ahead for walk-in oil change... Made technician aware of possible striped oil drain plug... advised me that they could remove old oil with hose if plug was stripped... 1 hr later personel approaches to make me aware it is infact stripped they recommend me buying new oil pan for $1700... (I can't) or using a oversized drain plug for $8/$9... Tell them oil pan out of ? ... Proceed w/ plug if possible ..if not cancel oil change... 2hrs Technician advise me mechanic Removed plug changed oil oversized plug won't work... Have to buy oil pan and today visit is now $1700... I advised him that I am 1 1/2 hrs away from home and I called ahead of time... Explaining situation and if it was stripped not to continue and he proceeded anyway... That they better get them some JB Weld on fixs it cause I wasn't leaving it and I couldn't afford oil pan... Tech keeps apologizing but their nothing they can do... In tears I walk outside... About 30 minutes later he comes back advised me they got oversized plug to work... I will never take my car to any Audi Dealership again...

Horrible customer service. I brought my vehicle in for repair and the next day it would not start and had to be towed back in. My vehicle was in their shop for over a month. Their service department is completely incompetent. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to Indy for service.

Audi A6, took it in for oil change. Came back with all sorts of noise. Talking about suspicious. The break lights came on 2 days later. I have no problem spending the 750$ on breaks but the noise is so bad that I cant trust these people. I'll drive it elsewhere and spend the money. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Kyle at the service department was great. We had a message pop up on our Q 5 requiring a quart of engine oil to be added. We happened to be in Bloomington. We have never been to this dealership before, so when we called Kyle got us in right away , topped up the oil and we were on our way. Fantastic customer service!!!

This place is the absolute worst for service. Brought our Q7 in for an issue covered by an emissions warranty. Took 3.5 weeks for them to figure out what the issue was and have it fixed. They had to bring in outside help to figure out the issue. Turned out that the sensor they replaced during the first week they had the car was not calibrated properly during the install. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing. During this time, we were promised daily updates but never received calls from our assigned service rep. When we called, he knew nothing other than what he was reading off a sheet of paper, could not answer any questions, and the information he would give made no sense based on previous updates. The best customer service we had during this whole ordeal was when our assigned rep was on vacation and another rep filled in. We were supposed to be given a loaner car per the warranty but were denied this. When we picked up the car, parts of the seat had been taken apart and not put together and our key hinge had been broken. Within a week of getting the car back, our adblue light came on because they had set the indication level wrong. Had to bring it back. This time it was at least a quick fix. However, when picking up the car, there was a dirty shop rag and a hair net left in the car. Not a huge deal on the rag and hairnet if it was a regular auto repair shop but I expect more from an Audi dealership. Had this not been covered under warranty, would not have taken the car here.

Recently went in to have my Q3 serviced. Normal scheduled service plus a tire and noise issue in one of my doors. Both issues were resolved. Preston had an idea of what the noise issue was and he was correct! Got my car back later that day! The service department makes it easy!

Multiple emails and calls unreturned, then told that something that is CLEARLY faulty (parking sensor) with video evidence it can't be covered because there is no fault code stores EVEN THOUGH they replaced the same part with the EXACT same symptoms before. Lame excuse of why the problem is occuring just to get out of doing what's right. The warranty is useless when they don't want to put some work in to help. Purchased Audi care, and ALL service done through dealer, and I get no support. Instead of fighting Audi to do what's right it's "oUr hAnDs aRe tiEd wE cAn'T dO anYtHiNg" Save yourself the hassle, by a BMW or Lexus as the service is unparalleled. Never have to fight for warranty work. Never feel that I don't matter, or my business isn't appreciated. I'm convinced warranty claims here come out of their pocket because I've never had people argue so hard NOT to fix your problem. Based on others who have bought Audi's through here it's the same level of service and excuses. Glad others had good experiences because mine was garbage.

Ended up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership as they were able to provide me with all of my requests and requirements. Although it was an out of state purchase, the process went extremely smoothly. Vehicle was ready to be picked up when I arrived. The paperwork was completed quickly and I was able to get back home all within a day. There where a few pending items, but those have been resolved as promised. The salesperson has also remained in contact with me even after the purchase to follow up and make sure the loose ends are tied. Highly recommended!

Took my car for coolant flush and repair (engine mounts & wheel bearing) one week ago, I was so disappointed with my extended warranty company not paying the full amount of rates. I then decided to pay the balance ($1000ish after the service contract covering half of them) while waiting for the part arrived. I tried several times talking to their manager Michael but was told he was on his vacation... Then a couple of days later, my service advisor Justin called in and told me they worked out with the extended warranty company so ending up today only wpaying $100 deductible amount as shown on the contract! I believe they had done excellent job negotiating with cunning warranty companies and saving money for their customers. The shuttle service was superb too. Thumbs up for Rick and Walter. My car runs perfectly now and I think this dealership (specifically the Audi service department) is trustworthy. They absolutely deserve this five-star.

Company values customer loyalty. We purchased our car here and have been consistently taking it in for service. Always very pleased. This year we ran into a manufacturer issue which involved an extensive and time consuming repair. It could have quickly devolved into a nightmare situation. However, Audi service handled it professionally and with excellent customer service. Thank you Preston and Samantha.

They kept our car overnight because they found a coolant leak during a regular inspection. I was told that if I left the car overnight, the diagnostic test would be run on it the next morning. After texting multiple times throughout the day, I found out around 4:45pm that they were not able to get to my car and that it would be a week before anything could happen with it. Essentially they would have happily left me car-less for a week without letting me know. And the guy texting me just kept saying “no update”, even though he clearly knew that the car wasn’t getting worked on. I don’t recommend working with them if you can help it. Update: I removed another star. We finally got around to getting the coolant system replaced, which was an expensive repair that we were happy to pay. Because it would take multiple days we had to rent a car. They very generously offered to try to discount the service to offset the cost. I was going to be traveling soon for a conference, so I told them they would need to be in contact with my husband when the car was ready to pick up. I watched him write the phone number down and I watched him also confirm that he had my husband’s name in the system. We dropped the car off on a Thursday. The car was not finished by Friday, so it would need to be finished on Monday. Not a problem, these things happen. They then didn’t contact my husband for several more days. My husband texted them at the number they provided for text communication but they never responded. Since we had these kinds of communication issues with them before, we assumed the car was just not ready yet but they didn’t have enough information to tell us (like last time). When my husband finally called, they said the car had been done for a couple of days! While picking up the car, husband tried to explain what happened and why this was an issue. They just said “I guess we made a mistake. But you’re too difficult to work with, so maybe you should go somewhere else next time.” Gladly. Not sure if maybe they don’t want to investigate their own communication issues between their service department and their customer service, or if they’re homophobic and just don’t want to deal with us anymore. I’d expect a company we just paid several thousand dollars to to care at least a little more about communicating. I wanted to use this repair as an opportunity to revise my review in a positive way. But I recommend taking your car somewhere else where the service department and customer communication team have better communication.

Update: I was in recently (July 2025) for another service visit and it was handled promptly and with great efficiency. Thank you to Drew the service advisor for providing a great experience today. My car was in for service recently (October 2024). From the time parts arrived until the repair work was actually done was 18 calendar days. A services business which does not provide timely service will not receive positive customer reviews.

If I could give -100 stars, I would. I called them and asked them to remove my oil change maintenance message off my dashboard. They didn’t like that I got my oil changed at a third party store. Told me it would be $80 TO GET A MESSAGE TO GO AWAY. They said they would need to get a technician to hook up a machine to my 2024 Audi to get the message to go away. Thankfully I had someone who was a “car guy” and he made the message go away in ten seconds. All he had to do was click a couple buttons. Scammers, rude, and only want money.
