Busted an upper ball joint and received a quote from them which wasn’t terrible. Then they proceeded to tell me that we had to hire a toe truck again to move the vehicle from there parking lot to their repair bay. I’m sorry but your a mechanical shop that works on cars you should have a wheel dolly at minimum to move vehicles. Do not go here for anything there’s local guys down the street that are more competent.

Bad luck in hitting a pot hole and blowing out a tire. Pretty much in an emergency need to fix now situation. I already had the tire and rim with me in the back of my truck bed. Stopped in at Firestone because I possess one of their service cards. Parking lot looked as if they weren’t busy. I think they had 3 to 6 service bays. To my surprise I was informed they had only ONE tire guy and it would be 3 to 4 hours. Uh? Thanks but I can’t wait that long. ☮️

I visited the Firestone Complete Auto Care on First avenue in Dec 2024, Front and back brakes and a new starter, then again on January 10, 2025 for 4 brand new Bridgestone tires, got a lifetime alignment package, tire protection package plus at least two bonus discounts for choosing the Bridgestone brand! I would highly recommend this store, very friendly helpful manager, Caleb and great crew, repairs were done quickly and professionally They give you choice of options of what you want to do after they are very informative on what would be best for your car

Very frustrated, got out of work tonight at 5:30pm and noticed my tire was low and found a screw in the center. Looked up tire shops near me and found they were open until 7pm. Aired my tire up some and called to tell them I was going to need a flat repair as they were close enough to make it. The woman on the phone told me they “couldn’t work that into their schedule tonight, maybe the Washington Ave location could” I informed her that I couldn’t make it to that location with a leaking tire and they were the only shop i could make it to. The next 30 seconds were me waiting for some type of response and her saying nothing until I said thanks and ended the call. Left me stranded with a leaking tire an hour and a half before they closed. I’m a former automotive technician and that job would have taken at most 15min for them to perform.
