Jeremy took care of me. I was leaving town and needed my truck's transmission checked and serviced. Despite short notice, he and his techs got me finished ahead of time. I was helping my niece get her car fixed and the shop mentioned that they saw a transmission leaking. I live in Indy and she in Evansville so not being able to speak to someone face to face is always a bit nerve racking. However when I called Nick answered the phone and after describing the situation he made me feel at ease. As it turns out a week later due to snows and our schedules I was able to get down to Evansville and drop the car by AAMCO myself. By chance the owner Jeremy was the first guy I spoke to when I arrived then he grabbed Nick since he was who I spoke to on the phone. After a short discussion Jeremy went out in the parking lot with me to do a quick fluid level check and take a peek at the leak. Good news was that although the fluid level was low it was terminal. The serviced everything a day later, called me during the interior inspection to discuss a couple options, and later that day my niece was good to go. She called me after picking up the car and said it was purring like a kitty cat. I can't thank these guys enough and would recommend them to anyone that needs help. Thanks again Nick and Jeremy!

My wife and I went here needing transmission fluid. After being to another shop who messed up and drained the fluid from our closed transmission; We were driving around trying to get help. When arriving, Aamco had just locked the doors. Instead of turning away, they called one of their techs & he turned around and helped us get back to our weekend. These gentlemen were kind, generous and very caring people that I would trust with any of my vehicles. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone that has car troubles. Had my corvette transmission rebuilt and while they were rebuilding it, Nick notified me that they discovered the rear main seal was leaking bad, and desperately needed replaced. After all the work was done the car shifts great and does not leak oil. They did a great job and have great customer service!

Took my truck in for what I thought was just going to be a quick service but wound up needing a rebuild or replacement of my transmission. Spoke with Nick about it and they were straight up about the options and pricing. Had a warranty I purchased when buying the truck and Nick got a claim filled, jumped through the hoops for me and all in all saved me $4500 off what I would have had to pay. Can’t recommend them enough for the standout service and care in a time as stressful needing a major repair. As soon as they had the part and could start, there was no hesitation and I picked up my truck within 3 days of approving the work which included 2 days needed to ship the part. The transmission went out of the truck while hauling a trailer. We were lucky to make it into Evansville. We made it to aamco and the owner knew we were stranded hundreds of miles from home. He gave us a few options and worked with us. We rented a car to get home and left everything there and they even made sure our load was secure. They got the transmission rebuilt within the week. Very good people there to work with!! I would recommend them! We couldn't have asked for better people to help us. Everyone that worked there was accommodating.

I called in and got a quote of $398 on a basic oil and filter change for my pickup transmission. I dropped it off and they called a little later and said the truck was in great shape but changing the oil was more complex than they thought and the cost was going to be $550. It didnt need extra parts, but it needed extra labor. The vehicle was exactly as I said it was at the time of quote, 6 speed, 2020 GMC 2500. told them to back it out and I would come get it and they came up with a "coupon" for half of the difference and i grudgingly agreed. An oil and filter change is very standard. They are schysters and I will never go back.

I experienced a reasonable time on repairs. However I was not told there would be a 3% fee because I used my credit card. I could have paid with cash if I was told prior to pickup. $81.87 for using my card. What a waste. Not happy about the fee and said it should be voided because I was not told about the 3% card fee.

I had a good experience with their transmission service, but when I had them replace my rear wheel bearings, they told me I needed rear calipers. I've had a spongy pedal ever since. I took it back almost immediately athey told me there was nothing wrong. Now I found that the "replaced" caliper is a genuine Ford and is leaking where the parking brake attaches. The parking brake was actually worse than when i took it in to them and their website clearly states they adjust the emergency brake. It appears they sold me remanufactured calipers but used a rebuild kit in house and gave my stock calipers a quick paint job. So tired of dealing with techs trying to make a quick easy buck instead of taking pride in what they do.

I was 1 1/2 hours away from home waiting for my husband to have surgery. The previous night my service 4wd and traction control light came on. When I called they were slammed but had me come in to try and fit me in to make sure I was safe to drive us home. I was well informed and safe on my way out the door in 45 minutes. I was unable to get local Lincoln/Ford dealers to work with me due to my third-party warranty, but Jeremy told me he would be happy to do my diagnostic on the transmission and check out other areas of my vehicle that may need repaired. The transmission was replaced along with an axel and battery. The warranty covered the transmission and axel. I could not be more pleased with the service on the automobile, and the world class one on one communication (no auto attendants!) with follow up phone calls during the process.
