Ordered (and paid for) a part 4 weeks ago. Never heard from them them. Seems it came in and was sent back. They couldn't tell me went. Took them 20 minutes to find the transaction. They gave me a refund, never apologized or offered to re-order the part. I guess I will order it elsewhere.

Came for license plate screws and simple washer blades. The customer service was excellent and without even asking I was given a deal on my blades which came with free washer fluid to make my blades last longer and he installed them for me without my request for this. I was in and out in five minutes. I can’t speak for every store but this one had great service and friendly and helpful staff. Thank you. Making my flat tire day a better day just because of genuine nice care. Have a good holiday!

She is so helpful, and knowledgeable, and just so sweet, took care of my head lights and battery, cleaned everything to make sure my vehicle was good to go. Need better staff. Or listening skills. Never go back called 3x for a part was told you had both of them then got there the guy had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't find it in the computer. Try listening to the part your told instead of tell me what you think it might be. I will never be back. O'reilly's is the better store people friendlier more educated people.

Went to 2 Orileys and 2 other autozones to have an apparently difficult headlight put my truck….everyone said it was too difficult to put in and would have to take off too many parts to install. A young man by the name of James Eastwood had the light in in less than 5 minutes. Thank you young man your worth more money!

I cannot express my gratitude enough to Manager Brad. Extremely quick, knowledgeable, and friendly service. We only paid $8 for the bulb, and he replaced it for us. This was estimated to cost us almost $200 for just the labor fee elsewhere. I wanted to leave a tip, but Brad graciously declined and said a review is enough. He went above and beyond to help diagnose my car with the OBD2 scanner and was incredibly knowledgeable about the parts and products I needed. Christopher was patient, thorough, and made sure I had all the information to make the best decisions for my car. His customer service was top-notch, and even though I know he had a tough day, he still gave it his all and helped us out with a great attitude. The dude that served me went above and beyond. I needed a OBD reading and he was super cool and nice. One customer was mad and he executed the situation perfectly and the angry customer seemed really chill after. He told me he would print off what was wrong with my car and didn't harass me to buy now. Gave me his number and said to come back if I need parts. Ended up being my automatic clutch sadly but always a good experience here. The hiring team does good

I shop all the time at AutoZone for all my car parts. I went today and got rotors and pads and they were both the wrong size. My car was on the rack and taken apart. AutoZone refused to bring me the correct parts blaming me for the error. The Manager for pep boys took me to AutoZone to get it resolved. Go to Pepboys to get your car repaired but stay away from AutoZone they lost a good customer today over not wanting to help me for a mistake they made

Needed 2 Chainz headlight on my 2013 Chevy Silverado. I knew enough to get the bulb out of the housing but that was about it. So I went in to buy the bulb and ask how to get it out the guy behind the counter look it up told me the bulb price and I told him I would take it as long as he told me how to get it out and back in. He said no problem, goes into the back room and grabs his rain jacket because it's pouring down rain outside, came out and installed the bulb for me after very little difficulty it was in, he said "turn em on" and magically my path was lighted once more. This just doesn't happen very often anymore. I am so very thankful for the help that that man gave me. Good service is a very hard thing to find these days this man at this AutoZone way above and beyond in my opinion thank you to him and to AutoZone.

I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to the General Manager I believe at this location named Kaleb Weber, who took the time and went above and beyond on my vehicle to help stop my passenger door from making a horrible clicking noise!!! My battery light came on while I was driving, so I came here to get the battery and alternator tested. Since I knew the battery is practically brand new, I decided to pop the hood before I went in to check the terminals for corrosion and to check to see if the alternator was in a spot that I could get to so that I could decide if I could replace it myself or if I needed to take it somewhere to have it fixed for me. As I am checking these things out, an employee came outside to greet me and ask what I needed. I explained that the battery light came on and it's a pretty new battery, so I wanted to get the battery and alternator tested. He said he'd go grab the tester. He came back out, tested the battery and said it's in great shape and had me start my van to test the alternator and he said that tested good as well. My battery light did not come back on when I started it and so far has not been back on since. I always appreciate the free testing, knowledge great advice and friendliness of Autozone associates, but today was exceptionally nice. I wish I had gotten his name.

i recently visited the south green river location. i can say this store definitely meets my expectations of what a store should look like and operate. their staff was knowledgeable and friendly. but most of all what matters is a clean store. one of the cleanest i’ve ever been in. will definitely be back to see this location
