Went by today to have my 1995 ford F150 which is in perfect condition estimated for a repair. Had a driver side window inoperable! The front desk staff was awesome to start and made feel very welcome without pause getting someone to inspect . It was diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours which was a great surprise. The techs were very informative and work was perfectly done! Even had one of the techs before I left have me consider doing the other side sometime since the driver side was deteriorated due to age! They were super cool and what an awesome family environment! Probably why they have been in business for so long and was highly recommended! Very affordable and no pressure sales! Again the entire staff was super friendly and wonderful to Deal with. Make sure this company is your first call. You definitely won’t be disappointed! Thanks Guys! I’ll be back And tell others . Very professional, affordable, quick and clean windshield replacement in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado K1500. I highly recommend their services as I also about a year ago had a manual sliding glass back window installed there as well which was a well done job. Neither leak and the staff are professional. The owners are some of the most honest business owners I've ever met in my life. I thought I was going to spend well over $200 to get my back window replaced in my truck, it turns out all the thing I needed was my third brake light to be resealed. They only charged me $50. This will be the only place I go to get my windows taken care of.

Glass and Siemers have always been synonymous but my experience in the past few weeks has resulted in a recheck of that. I had them look at a storm glass that was broken and their technician came and looked and just left without calling me or anything asking if I wanted to proceed (I needed the job done) . Had to reschedule another time for them to come out to remove the door to get the proper measurements ok no problem do it. They said they couldn't remove the door without me being there(give a guy a call or something) do they had to reschedule (each reschedule is another week) plus the technician (or the dispatcher)lied saying that they tried to contact me the phone is always on my person. It's just disgusting. I told them when the appointments were scheduled that I was close by. It's a shame.

Our Jeep Wrangler had a cracked windshield and our insurance company had Safelite lined up to replace it. It ended up requiring the OEM windshield and Safelite did not have one in stock, and couldn’t get one in for two more weeks! The crack in the windshield was getting worse and we needed to replace it right away, so I called Siemers Glass. The guys at Siemers Glass are great! They got our Jeep Wrangler in the same day, AND they had an OEM windshield IN STOCK! And they worked great with our insurance company to make sure we had a seamless experience! Buddy Higgins was our technician, and he is AWESOME! He replaced the windshield with the OEM windshield in no time! I also showed him how the rear window defogger was inoperative because one of the connectors was broken. We’ve had it repaired THREE TIMES at the dealership and it STILL broke off! They just couldn’t repair it PROPERLY! Buddy came to our rescue! Buddy repaired it RIGHT! It only took him about 10 minutes to PROPERLY fix what the damn dealership took HOURS to TRY to fix and could NOT! So now we have a new OEM windshield AND the rear window defogger is WORKING AGAIN, thanks to Siemers Glass and Buddy Wiggins! From now on, we will be taking our vehicles to Siemers Glass and Buddy Wiggins for ALL of our glass needs! We HIGHLY recommend Siemers Glass for all of your glass needs and repairs! The ladies in the office are WONDERFUL! They will make you feel at home and will make your wait a very pleasant experience!
