Closed on July 4th as to be expected. Made a trip on the 5th for service, sign on door said closed 4th and 5th for independence day. Make another trip on the 6th to find sign had been changed to read closed the 6th also!! I will not return a 3rd time! Must have employees who can't be counted on returning to work sober after a holiday!!

I've always been a little leery about places like this. The dealership I usually go to was full one day, so I decided to take my car here instead. While I was there, they treated me with respect and care. There wasn't a wait and I was in and out in about 12 minutes. The guys there may look a little sketchy but they know what they are doing. I checked my oil after i got done and it was good. The next couple of times I went in there, I continued to check my oil after. Now the guys recognize my vehicle when I pull up and I now feel comfortable with not checking my oil after I leave.

Just from my visit today I give them 5 stars! I told Jimmy who was servicing my vehicle that I was about to go out of town and he even went as far as checking my spare tire (which had no air in it) and filled it up for me! That’s thoughtful and top notch service! 👍🏾

Been going here for about 30 years...great bunch of guys, price very reasonable and close to Lic's which was important when kids were little. By time we walked there and back for ice cream the car was ready. Kids grown now but I occasionally still head for Lic's.

Always fast. Always nice. Informative about possible things wrong but doesn't push unneeded repairs on you. Every visit I've had my 9 month old son and they always interact nicely with him. I love this place and won't go anywhere else.

This is the place to go for oil changes. Very woman friendly. They will not talk down to you at all. All the men that work there are very respectful and courteous. Very reasonable with prices as well. I take both my cars there and have never been treated badly. Highly recommend this place over everyone here in Evansville.

The service was good and the people working there are nice. The waiting room is a bit small, but it's not bad considering the speed of the oil change. I'll admit, I wasn't sure how to go about asking for an oil change since there isn't a counter in the waiting area. But as soon as you park in their lot, they put your car on the list to be serviced. "First come, first served" When it was my turn, they came into the waiting area and asked who was driving the make and model of my car and got it in. This allows for faster service, but it's a bit confusing for new comers. They did a good job though!

A great spot to get your oil changed. I just wish they would expand to a bigger building, extend hours, etc as they always have long wait times, not because they are slow but because they are so popular and actually really good at what they do. Sadly I work 7-4 M-F so the only option I have is to go on Saturdays and I even showed up 10 minutes before they opened and still had to wait over an hour and had to leave because I had another appointment that day as well, ended up having to take my car to another competitor just because of the queue time. Again, not a bad problem to have at all for a business for sure, just be prepared to wait longer than normal depending on the time you go, and is the only reason I have to knock a star off unfortunately due to that reason.. It's a super great place, and the workers are fantastic, but I wish/hope they have plans in the future to either expand to a spot for more bays, or find another location to open as I am sure they are making a good amount just by seeing how busy they are non-stop.

Quick service, techs were friendly and got down to business. Asked if I preferred full synthetic which starts at $72 instead of $42, topped off fluids, checked air filters, and cleaned battery terminals. Waiting area/lobby is quite small and stuffy, but waiting outside is no issue for me.

Excellent affordable, quick, and easy oil change. I dropped my SUV off at 10:00 AM on Saturday and then walked to get a drink from Thortons next door. By the time I walked back, they were finished. Their staff is always friendly and even recommended me to a local mechanic about a small issue I noticed recently. Top notch service and performance all around!

Came in for an oil change. At check the price was below the normal price. I told them it was correct he said yes I asked what oil they put in and he said regular. I told him my car takes synthetic. The employee called manager over. Manager said it was fine. People get regular all the time and it’s basically just a way for them to get more money but synthetic wasn’t needed. I asked if my car would be ok and he said yes it’s completely fine with regular but if I felt better he’d drain it and put in synthetic but there was no benefit it’s just going to cost me more. I said well if you’re sure my car is ok then I’ll leave it. I left with regular oil. Few days later my engine light came on. Took my car straight to a mechanic. He said the regular oil caused my VVT solenoid to not work. Which cost me $214. for parts new synthetic oil and labor. When I called you guys I was told just bring it in we can drain it for and you can just pay the extra money for synthetic oil to be put in. So very disappointed with my service and how it was handled. I’ve been coming there for many many years and never had a problem. So the “cheaper “ route in all cost me over $300 in all. I always say I use synthetic but the time before this the employee said I didn’t need to tell him that because they go by the manufacturer’s recommended oil. There’s a sign that says let us know if you want synthetic he said that’s just for people who have cars that take regular but want synthetic. Just very unhappy with the whole situation. I felt like the manager was fast talking me like I stupid for asking and when I called about the problem I couldn’t get the whole situation to him. Once he said I could just come in and pay the extra to have it drained and filled with synthetic I was stunned.
