I have 4 cars I take there. This one was a new one just found out alternator was bad and it died . I coasted into the lot. Asked could they jump it. He said no! I woulda paid 40-50.00 just for them to jump it. To get it home to come back in two weeks. When I had the 600 to fix it. Lost customers 4 adults 4 cars in my household. 3 hours in the hot car waiting for tow truck to do what he could have in 5 mins max!!! Then have an attitude cause it needs tow truck and I’m broke down by the oil! Worst customer service ever!!! Many times I been there and no problems at all. Something is severally messed up now!!! U sit and watch someone burn up for 3 hours in case ur politics comes to empty oil… I would had to push it alone. So mad!!!!
