Was quoted 280.00 to replace blower motor and resister with me having the parts..great price no complaints there..I was told to drop off at 830 monday..I dropped off sunday night..called them around 1230pm to check status as this is a couple hour job..they had not started due to rain because they appaerntly needed to work on it outside.. called again at 330 was told give them 1 hour..called at 450 still not done..called at 6 no answer..went to the shop..car torn apart they are all off to the side talking..theyvstart working on it again..asked them to text when done..never got that text..went there at 130 am on way to work and car is done..messaged my with my dissappointment..got a text back that the price went up 100.00 cause they had to stay till 9pm to fisnish car..while I appreciate that they stayed to get the job done it is not my fault the time managment of the shop is not right..because they chose not to get it inside to work on and then took that much time to get it done i should not be penilized by raising the cost..very dissappointing

We have been through it today. But the best came last! Let me tell ya! This man done kept answering my calls letting him know my tow truck hadn’t showed up yet it would be a little longer.. 3 hours later it showed up jumped my car and I drove it home. I was at 5 blocks from house. I went got my other car and left it where my other car was cause the town truck was taking for ever and that car was hot. Before I drove the 5 blocks to get other and back 5 blocks home. He was at my house and worked on my daughter’s car till 9:30 to make sure it was reliable and safe!!! She now has dash lights she has never seen. Steering wheel lights she never seen. The whole 3 years she owned it. He also fixed my bumper on another car! Like he saved one of the most stressful days off ever! When you find your mechanic you know!! We found ours!!! My whole family has list now of things to fix! When I say affordable!!! I mean affordable!!! He is super nice too! I’m done looking for a mechanic as for the Baymon family we found our place!!! The pits auto repair!!!
