I went in for a simple oil change at the Tutor lane location and ended up with a $691 dollar bill. They broke the threads on the oil pan when tightened the plug and it required a new oil pan. The mechanic told me it happens to them about 1x every 2-3 weeks because the metal fatigues from it getting hot/cold. I know they used a gun with too much torque and it caused the failure because I have changed it many times with no problems. They said the estimate was for 3 1/2 to 4 hours of labor but it took about 2 hours. They were going to charge me the full amount until I complained and they reduced the bill to $565. I feel they should pay it all since this was caused by an incompetent person and should never happen on a regular basis. We have been going here for 20 years but will not come back unless they admit it was their fault and pay for it. Who is the manager in charge? I/10/25: It has been weeks since my last post and the owner has still not reached out to me to resolve the problem.

Don’t go here. They don’t listen to the customers request and they don’t have a clue what they are doing. I told them not to overtorque my control arm bolts and they did (obviously used an impact) which ruins the lock washer and doesent allow it to torque properly. Very disappointed.

My fiancé got charged $246 for an alignment that they didn’t even do. They told him that the steering knuckle had to be replaced before they could do an alignment, and still charged $246 for a service they did not do. Edit: We had the steering knuckle checked another mechanic, and turns out the steering knuckle wasn’t even broken. Reply: He had already spoken to the manager that day and the manager was not helpful in any way.

I needed assistance on 5/2 @ 4 in the afternoon. I randomly chose from the internet based on being familiar with "Best One". I called and Wayne came right over and aired the tire to get me to the shop which was only a block away. He was very nice, fixed it quickly ...a screw in tire...and sent me on my way with a very reasonable cost. Lady inside also nice. Highly recommend.

I decided to have an oil change service at Best One Tire & Service after I saw a TV ad. The ad said the complete service was $29.99 but in reality there was an added tax and a service fee tack on to my final cost. Advertising should be more clear on total expenses. Overall service was good and still saved money not going to a Dealership for this service.

I came here for a simple visual break inspection and the receptionist, Dawn Scott, decided this service was $75 and tried to rip me off. Come to find out their site advertises 3 free break inspections before they charge you. Not only did she overcharge me but when I called to confirm the price of a break inspection without revealing who I was she also lied to me over the phone and insisted the price was $75. I had my boyfriend go in and inquire about this mistake and before she knew that he had a screenshot of their website she also tried to tell him it would be $75 for a VISUAL break inspection. After he showed her the website screenshot she didnt say a word and gave him the refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE SCAMMERS.
