I wish I could give you guys 0 stars. I have had my vehicle there since the 1st it is now the 25th and I was told a couple days ago that two more parts need to be ordered and they need to drop my engine and transmission to fix a part. And apparently it’s not their fault that it’s taking this long nor is it their fault that they didn’t figure out these two more parts needed until the day my car was supposed to be going into paint or so I was told the Friday before on 10/18 that everything was done and my car would go to paint on Tuesday and I would get a call. Wednesday comes around and I never got called the day before so I call and am told that they were about to call me (something they said every time I called them for an update because they only ever called me once for an update when promising me one on a certain day) they then told me how my car would be ready by Nov 8th at the earliest and they no longer could give me an end date. Probably because every date they gave me kept getting pushed back. I think I was told 3/4 different and dates this whole experience. I told them my rental coverage expires the 30th and I’m a single mom with a low income and I can barely afford the $500 deductible I cannot afford a rental for 9 days or more depending on how long this will take. They said if it was their fault they would’ve covered my rental for me but it’s not their fault in any way at all it’s taking this long. I have a hard time believing it’s not their fault they can’t figure out everything wrong with my vehicle in a more timely manner. Also the manager I spoke with Sheila is the most rude woman I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She talked over me consistently, she made me feel belittled numerous times, she didn’t listen when I spoke to her and it was obvious because she would try and repeat what I said but almost every thing was mixed up or just not what I said at all, she put words in my mouth several times trying to make it out like I was being rude to her when I was not, and she also just genuinely did not care to help me or be kind to me in any way. I truly hope she doesn’t talk to other customers this way because by the end of the call she had me in tears and she huffed in disapproval when she heard me crying when telling her bye at the end of the call, usually people tell you to have a good day she just ended the call with “okay? Okay?!” (in rude tone) Because I wasn’t speaking because I was crying and I said okay and she said “alright bye” then I hung up after saying bye. I hope I never have to speak to that woman again. She was hateful and so unprofessional it was appalling. The service here was great the last time I came. My mechanic updated me consistently, so sad he doesn’t work here anymore because I know he would’ve gotten this done in a more timely manner and he would’ve updated me as much as he could so I knew what was up with my car instead of me having to call them because I didn’t get updates for days I was promised them by. I will never come here again and I hope no one else has to have this experience here. I highly recommend to NOT come here unless you want your car to take over a month to fix and no updates on your vehicle and their terrible customer service. The only people I like here is the receptionist Joyce and a mechanic who no longer works here. Everyone else has been just straight up unhelpful or rude.

The collision center was great! My car had been hit and after getting it back and fixed you would have never known. Izaiah was super kind and so were the ladies that I talked to that worked there as well. When I dropped off my car I mentioned that I really needed it back before I left for vacation and it seemed like they were really trying to do that for me, and they did! They called me several times to keep me up to date on the cost and when my car would be done and ready for pickup!

If you expect something to be fixed right the first time, this is NOT the place. The ladies at the front desk are lovely and try their hardest for you. However, I brought my car in to be fixed after a minor accident. I had to return 3 separate times to collect my car. The first time, my left blinker was out. The car immediately alerted me of it when I was turning out of the lot. I took it back in, no biggie. Second day comes and it’s the same problem. My headlight has moisture in it and the after market part was faulty. Annoying - but okay, I’m not that pressed. Take us to time 3. My car wouldn’t start when I went out to get it. The battery was dead. I go back in to get some help because, come on y’all, this is frustrating. One tech tells me the battery was corroded and it had been dying on them the whole time it had been there. (That would have been nice to know.) The battery was only 1.5-2 years old after checking my receipts and it also was nottt really the corroded. The lady behind the desk tells the manager, Destiny, this. WOW - did she not know I was standing right there ? “Wow, well good for her.” *snarky tone.* hmm… My car promptly died 10 minutes later at a light. I waited with the police for 45 minutes for a tow truck to get there. The police, my friend, and the tow truck driver all could not jump my car. I spent $85 on a tow and had to replace the battery. My 30 minute after work stop turned into 3 hours. If you’re letting a battery die when you’re working on a car, that seems to be something you should inform the owner of. I have a Verizon HUM device in my car so I can see where the battery slowly died over the course of its time there.
And, y’all, this is the SECOND time this has happened to me. In 2022, I had a similar problem with them not flipping some switches properly that led to my car starting to overheat. It had to be taken back in and fixed.
Good thing ? For the most part - they fix the work that isn’t right. But - if you’re wanting something done right the first time, stay away from this place. For such a big name place, the work is subpar.

I was in an accident where someone pulled out in front of me and I T-Boned them in my Toyota Tacoma. I had a lot of front end damage. The people at Kenny Kent Collision have been wonderful! They were very informative during the whole process and answered any questions I had. Even when I had concerns about some things they got me right back in immediately and were able to help me.They have friendly service I would definitely go back if I ever needed too.

got an estimate in february, was to they’d call me back once they ordered parts. nobody ever called me for three months, never heard from them, so in may i finally called myself and they “miraculously” were able to get me in (although still an additional 6 weeks), so i knew that they had simply just forgotten to follow up. Before the appointment in mid june (4 months after my original estimate), i was in another accident. the parts they were fixing originally were further damaged with the addition of another headlight and a frame under the hood. everything else was already going to be fixed originally. i asked at the second estimate if i would only have to pay my $500 deductible once since they never fixed the car the first time and would be saving on parts, labor, time, and a significant amount of money overall due to their mistake. it was confirmed by two different employees that i would only have to pay one $500 deductible. i also confirmed that i could still keep my original appointment in mid june, despite the need to order extra parts. they said there was no need to reschedule. i brought it in mid june and was told that it should take about a week but no longer than two weeks. a week after i drop off my car (keep in mind, insurance only covers 24 days of having a rental), they call and say a part is on back order and wouldn’t have it for another two weeks. they had done absolutely NOTHING with the car, yet had it for a whole week? okay, i pick up my car and return the rental. i call to confirm that they have the part so i don’t waste my time or my limited rental days. they say they don’t have the part, but then i explain that i have been waiting now 5 months and was told the part would be there. i was put on hold and then they come back and “all of the sudden” they do have the part! great, i drop it off, and hear absolutely nothing for 2 weeks, until i get a voicemail saying that the car was done and was being sent to detailing and they’d call me when it was done the next day. three days later, they leave another voicemail saying that something happened and they “weren’t sure what happened but it was getting sent back to assembly”. i hear nothing for an additional 4 days, so i call them and they say that the car would be ready the next day at the latest. 2 days later, no word so i tell them i need my car tomorrow and they once again “miraculously” do so. i show up to pay and the lady sets my keys on the counter and says it would be $1000 for the two claims. i told her that i was told that i would only be charged for the one deductible due to them never fixing my car the first time. she became belligerent and snatched up my keys off the counter (like i was gonna steal my own car???) and argued that “she called that the hood wasn’t going to be in until the 10th of july” which had nothing to do with the fact they never fixed my car from the original accident in february, but she just kept repeating over and over again that “they wouldn’t get paid” despite the fact that they saved money on parts, time, and labor. i needed my car and the rental was way overdue (they had the car in their possession for a total of 5 weeks, despite the being quoted a max of 2 weeks for repairs), so i ended up having to pay out of pocket for the rental. so all in all, they took 6 months repairing my car and charged an extra $500. seriously, don’t waste your time here.

They replaced some of the damaged parts, but did not do everything they quoted. I also have a very bad tire rub that wasn’t there when I brought the car in for repairs. Bob said there was nothing he could do. I’ve used this place before, and they are not as good now as they used to be. I waited 3+ months for “repairs” that didn’t get completed. I don’t think Bob knows or cares.

First time customer. They did an excellent job on repairing my rear bumper on my 2020 4 Runner. 5 star rating is for not only that but for going up and beyond by cleaning and detailing the interior and exterior of the car. I will definitely would recommend this place to others.
