I’ve been meaning to write this overdue review but got side-tracked with the holidays. Just wanted to give a shout out to Zak and the team at the Audi service department for going above and beyond over the past year. We were there the first time while awaiting a recalled part that was on worldwide backorder. We were well taken care of with a courtesy vehicle in the meantime. More recently we were due for routine maintenance and needed a few easy, minor things. It was a challenging time to get the vehicle in because my mother-in-law was actively dying and funeral plans were in the works. Zak took initiative to offer us a date that made things easy and got us in and out in time to have it not affect the funeral happenings. Wanted to say thanks for everything.
