They lied to us about the car being a certified used and having a warranty. They charged us 800 dollars said it was mandatory and WAS NOT . THEY WAS NOT TRUTHFUL ABOUT ANYTHING WE SHOULD OF KNOWN BECAUSE THE CAR WE ACTUALLY WENT OVER TO LOOK AT WASN'T EVEN THERE .

Took my Porsche in for oil change and routine inspection. I picked up my car with scratches on bumper and hood . I called Matt and he stated to bring in and they would buff out . I took car back and it was obvious the scratches were deep and not going to be buffed out . I picked up car again at 6:30 pm on cloudy day . i couldn’t tell if it was better as car was sitting outside and not in direct light . Once i pulled it into garage the scratches were there . I was called to ask how my service experience was . i stated what happened and that i had pictures and was told i would be receiving a call from Manager. That never happened. Horrible customer service!!!!!! No credit of service that was 650.00 Nothing .

They are the most dishonest automotive dealership in Evansville Indiana. They sold my daughter a car that had belt showing on the tires and the transmission went out after a month and she’s having to pay $6000 to get it fixed and they said it’s not their problem it shows how dishonest and how they don’t care about the customer. All they want is the dollar and then you’re just stuck on the side of the road.

Oil and filter change for my GT3 this time plus an anti-roll bar adjustment at my request. As always, the appointment was on time and everything completed while I waited. I was offered a loaner car, but didn't require one. I was pleased with the service; D Patrick met all my expectations.
