I called this exact location for answers or at least help to get my car fixed/ diagnosed and they were amazing. Specifically Toni. She was absolutely AMAZING. She was so patient and if she didn’t know the answer she made sure to go and ask someone. She spoke to me like a human being and not as a dumb person and she spent almost 20 minutes on the phone helping me find the problem. I will definitely be coming here more often and be asking for Toni.

Some guy, who sounded like he thought he was in a leadership position, was cussing at everyone about a battery in an aisle. Super unprofessional and annoying. I’ve been coming to this location for years but won’t be back. ✌️

I only had a few items so I decided to use the self checkout thing. It said start scanning, and I scanned all my items. I clicked on pay and it said insert card, which I did, it printed my receipt but at no time did it tell me what to do with my rewards card. I ask an employee and he said I should have scanned my card. I ask where it told me to do that. I never got my credit. You really should have some kind of instructions. I will use the cashier next time.

I needed new windshield wipers for my car, so I stopped by my local Auto Zone. I entered the store and almost immediately I was approached by an employee who asked what I needed. Since I didn’t know the size I needed, he went to my car and checked. Once back inside he walked me to where the wipers were displayed. There he showed me three different brands and quoted the difference in price, and he made sure that I was aware they were sold as singles, not in pairs. He was very patient with me while I considered my budget. Being a senior, and not being sure of the quality, I asked him for his opinion. This young man was so kind, patient and knowledgeable. I asked if he could install them for me, and with a smile, he said he would. I chatted with him a few moments while he put them on, knowing I was his last customer. It was such a pleasure meeting a young man with such dedication to his work, his children, and his goals in life. Not many people are so considerate of senior citizens, and make them feel they are seen and heard. And just that quick, he was finished and all total only took about 10 minutes of my time. I will definitely be returning to your store for anything car related. Thank you Jay Eastwood for such a pleasant experience.

Employee said he can’t go outside to help with my situation (scan code) because there’s only two people in the store and I’d have to wait for the 10 others behind me untill he could help . Makes zero sense considering the 30 seconds it could have take to scan and get me out … absolutely do not recommend this location for anyone to come to.

Had a good time just browsing with my basket picking up all the stuff I need to change my rotors and pads, change my oil, paint my calipers and replace my shocks and struts on my 09 Challenger RT 5.7L. When I was done and couldn't carry anymore I was directed to a employee who kindly checked out all my stuff and offered to help me carry it to my car. Always enjoy my trips to Autozone on 1st Ave!

Employee was rude and not helpful. I was looking up my own parts since the employee was not competent to do so. He physically pushed himself between me and the computer and tried to bully me. I called both the district manager and regional manager for help. The District Manager called me back and promised to address the issue (thank you). The Regional Manager never even bothered to respond. Just another company where leadership only acts like they care about customers. I guess he couldn't be bothered with his employees verging on committing assault.
