The front driverside portion of my car was mangled pretty badly. I was worried my car wouldn't look right or run the same. Hicks called me intermittently throughout the process with updates and kept me informed (not used to that from an auto shop). Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. I'm quite impressed with their work. The paint matches and the alignment of the replacement parts is top notch in my opinion. And so far my car seems to be running 100% normal. Having to get auto work done sucks, but they made it smooth and did a great job.

Had a ten minute assessment on my car during my lunch break. Justin let me know prices for everything and after that, specifically what I wanted fixed. A new mirror was on back order with no ETA. He found me a mirror to fit off another vehicle, made sure it fit, painted it, and made it look the same as the other. Extremely easy to contact and communicate with. 10/10 would recommend.

Having been in a car accident, I was stressed about getting my car fixed and everything that goes along with that. Hicks Auto Collision made the whole process stress free and easy. They were easy to work with and answered any questions I had no matter how small. They were helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Kept pushing my work back. brought my car in early July called end of July was told end of August called end of August was told end of September called today was told his Aluminum Tech was just injured today and he'd would let me know when they could take my car. Im done. Use to be a good shop my wife has had work there before but this is trash. He gave me a story in August about being short handed... then dont take on anymore work, stop wasting peoples time. If you are backed up with work because people don't want to work there when someone calls asking for an estimate say " sorry we are not currently taking on other work" instead of wasting peoples time. Thanks man Thanks for wasting my time

Hick's Auto Collision is one of the best body shops I have ever done business with! It all started last Monday, when I brought my vehicle in to have repairs done from coming into contact with a fence a month ago. I had already had an estimate done and was bringing the vehicle back to leave with them for the week's worth of repairs. I came on the wrong Monday though, and the shop was full for the week. I apologized for my misunderstanding and asked if they could still fit it in, for most weeks we can't spare the vehicle and we had already made arrangements with our schedule for this to happen during this particular week. They said yes, although maybe begrudgingly because their schedule was packed full. I told them to keep it longer if it was necessary. Then Friday came, and at 3:30 they called saying it was done. We were elated! So I went to pick it up and I was thoroughly impressed at just how much they actually did for us. Despite my overbooking them, they fixed everything just as estimated. Plus, they vacuumed it out, washed it, and even waxed it! The car was absolutely pristine! It looked just as good as the day we bought it, if not better! My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the quality of work done under the pressure I put upon them. They went the extra mile and it showed! I highly recommend Hick's Auto Collision for any bodywork your vehicle may need. The prices are fair and the work is truly top-notch!
