The worst of the worst. If you go they will not even talk to you about the car until they talk to insurance first. They then came up with an estimate with my insurance without ever even looking at the car. After which for 8 months now I have been calling them because they keep telling me they are waiting for the bumper to come in. Not once have they called me. And everytime I call they say a manager will call back regarding the status of the bumper and no one calls back (EVERYTIME for 8 months). They keep telling me the bumper is back-ordered, but I doubt they ever ordered the bumper because I spoke to Mike Miller Kia and they said there are 30+ bumpers across the country that are available to be ordered. If you have extra time in your day to waste on absolutely nothing then please work with these guys because they have been nothing but a waste of time. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

They had to install a brand new OEM bumper on my truck when went to pick up it was an inch crooked. They tried to fix it broke the bumper ordered a new one said it was done. Went to pick it up they have broke a piece of plastic trim and was going to let it leave like that. I do order more trim. Told them I wanted the old bumper they lost it never put back on my license plate cover. Had the truck for 14 days for a 2-day bumper install. Make sure you check your stuff before you drive it off the lot they will definitely push out poor quality.

Worst’s experience of my life awful work car was painted 3 times broken parks interior trashed then the car broke down had to be towed multiple times and stuck with a 1700.00 repair bill on top of the thousands it cost me already! Had car over 120 days!
