I was contacted from the dealership about a recall on my car, I called the service department and setup the appointment which went well. With the length of time it required to repair the recall, I was setup with a rental car. Although the rental was new, I received it in a dirty state, which I didn’t care for. I was contacted by the dealership all repairs were completed and my car was ready. I arrived to pick up my car and also found it in a dirty state. I bring this up because, I previously worked at a dealership and no matter what the customer brought their car In for, service work or tire air refill, if they had time, we’d wash it up quick for them. Rental cars are never supposed to go out dirty, they represent the dealership and they’re part of the customer experience. Just my thoughts.

Great experience, can't say enough good things about the service department. I arrived early and they got me right in. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The waiting room is very nice with wi fi, tv, snacks and even a Starbucks machine. My appointment took about as long as expected and no signs of upcharge in sight. I had to drive 2 hours for service, but it was worth the drive.

My experience at Bob Lindsay Acura was excellent! The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. Our salesman was Ben Shafer, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us the car and the key features, without the high pressure sales talk that we all dislike. He was one of the best salesmen that I have worked with when purchasing a car. I'd also like to thank the service department. I had what I considered an odd request. The car we purchased did not have a heated steering wheel, which happened to be available in the parts department. Since we lived two hours away, the service staff stayed during their lunch hour to install the steering wheel. This allowed us to complete the purchase and take delivery on that day instead of making a second trip to Peoria. This was very much appreciated. I have high confidence that we will have a pleasant relationship during our ownership of the car. Thank you to the staff at Bob Acura. DN

I took my tlx in for a few recalls, they were also able to diagnose a check engine light that came on last week. The service advisor Julia was very nice over the phone, letting me know that they would need to order parts before the work could be done, she called me within days to let me know parts were in and schedule a time to drop my car off. She called me and let me know what part was causing my check engine light and cost of repairs in a very timely manner (warranty would not cover due to deductible, but she even explained to me why and helped me feel confident in the diagnosis) the other advisor (i cant remeber his name) helped me with making my payment and picking up my vehicle. They even washed my car!! 10/10 would recomend and will definatly be returning for maintenance and future repairs. Thankyou to the entire service department for making my first experience with needing repairs and recalls done so easy and hassle free. Attached picture of how nice my vehicle looked after the wash and repairs were completed!
