Had a bad experience with service department. Was there for oil change on MDX. They barely greeted me, act like was bothering her. Unprofessional behavior. After service is done she was likehere is the total sign here and done.. no thank you or thank for service anything like that..was busy playing on phone. Would not come back here again. I rather pay more somewhere else where you get treated right.. respect 🫡

I was treated very badly by the Acura dealership when I had difficulty getting parts for my ILX, they were rude and snotty. I haven’t had my car for 11 months and refuse to even offer my something to drive until it is fixed, don’t put your faith and hard earned money in bob Lindsay Acura.

This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I’ve dealt with. They barely greeted me, acted like I was bothering them, and they do not work with customers on pricing. I actually am confused at the level of disrespect of the salesperson Ben. I even asked if I was bothering him. I would pass on this dealership as they won’t even work with you on a vehicle that’s been there over 170 days and that costs over 50k. Lesson learned, if you want a Lexus go to Lexus and pass on any Lindsey branded dealership.
