Poor communication, did not follow through on commitmets, no accountability to damage they caused to my vehicle while in their possession, blatantly lied to my face, used former employee as scapegoat for their problems, the list goes on and on. Marcus Currie (GM) was just as unprofessional to deal with. Buy your vehicles elsewhere

We purchased a 2025 Kia Carnival from Mike Miller Kia on 09/03/24. We noticed the driver’s front door seal was leaking. We were not able to take it back to the dealer as we were on a weeklong vacation. Called Mike Miller service when we got back. They made an appointment for 09/27/2024. We took it there on the appointment. The tech said he drove it and could not hear it due to the excessive winds outside yesterday. So, he adjusted the door hinge. There was still excessive wind outside. And I could hear it just fine, in fact after his adjustment I can hear it even worse and now water is coming in the car from rain. I had her take it back there first thing this morning. As we are very upset by this it’s a brand-new car. The tech said this morning he cannot visually see anything wrong with the seal. And that she would have to bring it back this week and have the manager drive it and see if he would tell the techs what to do. This has been an ongoing issue with this dealership since the 09/04/2024 when we noticed the seal leaking. We are not able to drive the car in the rain now and its sitting parked in the garage to keep dry. This is not the first time I have dealt with this dealership and their service manager and techs. Earlier this year in April I had to deal with them on a mis-diagnoses one of my technicians personal Hyundai car. I contacted corporate and I was correct on the diagnoses and Mike Miller had to do the repair. So, the service manager has not been very friendly or prompt to deal with. We have caller repeatedly and the service manger has not returned any calls. If you have a problem with your car your better off contacting Kia corporate or seeking legal action.

Bad customer service. Does not return phone calls in a timely manner and has poor communication. Incompetent service center. Overly prices services. Kia as a whole makes consistently sub par products. I would not recommend that you buy a Kia or use this service center.
