I don’t make lots of reviews but had to make this one! Had never heard of Chrome Shack before yesterday but was recommended by friend and past customer. I had a remote car starter give me fits and prevented me from starting my car. Took several calls to others before finding these guys who could even look at it. I was expecting to bypass the older remote starter to just at least get my car so I could start it. CS not only got me my car back where I can start it but fixed the remote system! ...and cheaper than it cost to have it towed in the first place... and all in a few hours of first contact. I didn’t think i would get it back til next week! Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU. Chrome Shack! Great work and reasonable price. Will definitely come back if I ever get another car to add new remote starter to! Recommend them to anyone!

Huh, what I don't get is they ask you to state what you need done. Then you get the service completed. To only find out that's not what you asked for. It was such a simple thing, front two windows like the back windows period. Who has time to argue about a simple direction I'm gone and I'm not coming back. The reason I gave them a two was because they entertained me from the conversation I heard while they were talking in the back. Moving forward use your quiet inside voice so customers don't hear.

I had scheduled an appointment to get my windows tinted from a shop I've been referred to by multiple people and am not pleased at all. All the rear windows had either bubbles in it or was not properly tucked under the seal. So I called them back scheduled ANOTHER appointment to get it fixed. Spoke to the guy up front and told they'd have them perfect for me. Picked the vehicle back up to notice the same defects in the film. Not happy and will not return or refer anyone to this shop. I had a high schooler do my last vehicle and it was night and day difference on quality.
