I dropped my car off the night before my 9 am appointment the next day. By 3 pm not only was the service not complete, but I had no confidence they would even get to it by end of business. I ended up getting my vehicle with no service performed. I won't return. They can apologize quite nicely. Still they did not perform the simple service promised.

Classic bait and switch. Picked tires online and made appointment for next morning. Go in to drop off vehicle and they "don't have the tires in stock" (could order them and install them next day as I already took off of work today for my appointment lol). I asked why did it let me make an appointment for those tires or why didn't it say not in stock at location selected???? I was only told "I don't know". So I asked how much more expensive would it be to get tires in stock and was quoted right there between $400 to $500 more than online quote was. This is 2023....not 1990. There is software out there that will remedy this easily.......I guess they aren't used to hearing forget it then and someone walking out saying their customer service sux. They tried to call me a half hour later but my decision was done. Do better Goodyear!!

I am a regular customer. They have some waiting time. Last time I was told to make an appointment on phone because the website doesn’t reflect the real time schedule. So this time I made the appointment on phone. But I had to wait 1 hr and they were not able to pull my vehicle up for servicing. I saw a guy who came after me and his car was pulled up inside. I had plans for the rest of the day. So I had to leave without taking their service. I’m really disappointed this time. Hopefully they will change things. One star for Missy (the lady with the glasses, she is really very nice)

I wouldn't recommend coming here. I had made an appointment to get my tire replaced at 10am. When I arrived they told me to take a seat and that someone would be with me shortly. Over 25 minutes had passed and no one had talked to me to at least take my keys, see my vehicle, or confirm my appointment. I understand everyone is short staffed right now but waiting 25 minutes past your scheduled appointment time to AT LEAST be seen, is a bit excessive. I left without being seen.

Now I see y Goodyear only received 3.5 stars. I wish they I would’ve looked at the reviews first. The Guy that does the A/c work is top shelf. He does an excellent job!!! For Me it’s the front counter ppl. If I’m trying to explain to you what’s going on, please don’t continue to cut Me off while I’m talking. I’m very aware how much it costs for the service’s for the 3rd time.

If you need a tire repaired same day, don’t make the mistake I made by going here first. Go to Peoria Plaza Tire instead, they can take care of you. The “service” lady representative at good year seemed incompetent and uncaring.

Store prices are different than online, online prices show lower rates when booking appointment but store folks can’t give that price as the recommended oil for car may not match, ended paying $93 in store for $30 quote online.

I would have given 5 stars to the counter staff but while I was waiting, a customer called and I assumed they wanted a quote for tires, apparently the customer didn’t like the quote they were given and hung up. A man came storming out of the office and berated the two women at the counter for not following some script and would not listen to them explain that the customer hung up before she could offer an alternative quote. His behavior towards the employees was deplorable and completely unprofessional. I will have to consider taking my car for service somewhere else in the future because the way they were treated was unacceptable and disgusting. Not only towards the employees but to berate them in front of other customers is completely inappropriate and unacceptable! I’m not 100% sure who this guy was but I think I overheard district manager in reference to him.

I service my vehicle on a regular basis and oil change service has been great up until the last one where the canister was not attached tightly and oil kept leaking. Waste of my time, had to clean puddle of oil from my garage floor for an entire week and had to drive back on a snow storm just for them to do the job properly. C’mon crew if you can’t do oil change properly how do you expect your clients to maintain trust in your most basic services? Downgraded service and charged nearly $100 to have the job done twice to get it right. Not confident about the quality. These young mechanics lack basic training and supervision.

I've used these guys several times the last few years. Never had an issue with anything. Last year someone who no longer works here suggested a set of tires for my electric vehicle that shouldn't have been purchased; they only lasted 20k miles. Anyways, the new manager Mike was very understanding towards my situation and helped set things right by giving me a pro rate on the old tires and purchasing a new set that is meant for my car. He was very thorough in explaining everything. This store can get busy at times but everyone handles the stress very well and pushes through. Kudos to the lady behind the counter who is very knowledgeable at her job as well.

Went to get tire sealed since it was leaking 20lbs/2days and got it done yesterday and woke up with the tire being flat. They lied to my face and told me that I wouldn’t have to worry about it.

Ask for alignment check and if needed anything to let me know, if not go ahead and align. Pick up car to find out i spent $120 on a front end toe set. Rear was borderline spec but would of caused tire wear. Ask to have it done right and manager told me there 1 year tech not qualified enough to do full 4 wheel alignments. Manager also seemed like I was being to picky about how I wanted my car adjustments. I agreed to bring my car in next day to have the master tech look at it. Picked up car to find rear end alignment was dead on as I asked but front camber was borderline spec with high cross camber creating the car to pull. Would need camber adjustment bolts to fix issue properly. Now I have to install the bolts and pay to have car realigned again. I should of been shown and told this in beginning. I'm a ASE master certified tech and take pride in my work and customers, unfortunately my shop doesn't have alignment machine and had to entrust my car to someone else, very disappointed 😞. Very unprofessional on the managers part. I spent $500 on suspension and close to $600 on tires, all I asked was do the job right.
