I had a deer run out and hit the side of my car. It damaged both doors and the fender. B&W was able to get me in sooner than the other shops, they had told me 3 weeks to do the work and it was done in 2 weeks. Parker called a couple of times to give me updates. It was great communication and my car looks brand new!

I had work done about a year and a half ago and it was a wonderful experience. No issues, they worked with the insurance well. Fast forward to this January. I had to have work due to front end damage to my radiator and the entire front right of my vehicle. The communication was horrible and the first time driving my vehicle every warning light came on and my car died in the middle of an interstate. Brought my car to Autohaus and they let me know that the issue is with the radiator (which was supposed to fixed). Spoke with Parker and he stated that “I’m not sure how that relates to the work we did. You will have to prove it”. This has been an absolute nightmare. I am not sure what has happened in the last year and half, but the quality, customer service , and attitudes have changed immensely. It is very unfortunate, as I recommended them to others due to my first experience and those individuals also have had issues. They used to be reputable and caring about the work they did. My good friends also had a similar experience this year and their vehicle is still being fixed by their dealership due to the work completed not being correct. Update: The dealership and insurance company confirmed this was due to improper work by B and W and them not properly fixing the issue the first time. Luckily, the dealership was able to fix the issue and work directly with the insurance to fix the mistake on the original claim.

I had my rubicon brought into my dealership due to paint defects that were covered under warranty. I happened to ask where they send it to get fixed and I am so glad I did. When I got my jeep back I found they not only did a phenomenal job with the paint and decal placements, but they also buffed out all of my scratches on my doors that my large dog had caused when I first got him a while back with no charge and without me asking. I could not believe how good my jeep looked. Looked like a brand new jeep. THANK YOU B&W for your exceptional work and service.
