Quick and flawless service and communications! Had an unrepairable flat on a Sunday, Tires Plus was one of the few tire stores open on a Sunday and they were nearby. They ordered the tire on Monday and I received a call at 8:00 a.m. letting me know it had just arrived and they were preparing to mount it. I went over to have it put on my SUV, they were ready, got it right in and my wait was only about 15 - 20 minutes. Much better than I had hoped for. The guys I spoke to were extremely polite and accommodating.

Not impressed with the front desk. Sent email for what I wanted done 2 days ahead. When arriving the front desk didn't know what I wanted to be done. Explained. Oil change and tires rotated. Check the brakes. Only the oil change happened. When I went to pick up they had to take the car back in to rotate the tires. Waited 45 min for that but they never checked the brakes. They need better people at the desk for me to return. I've bought 5 sets of tires there in the past and maintenance of my cars.

Amazing service. Inconvenient flat tire leaking at the wrong time of day and week’s end. Was lucky enough to get in and have it repaired for a relatively great price. Big THANKS to the staff at Tires Plus in Peoria! I've stopped here several times over the last decade to deal with emergency tire repairs while traveling in the area--the staff have been consistently helpful, attentive, knowlegeable, and get the work done quickly. This last time was late afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving--I worried I might be out of luck, stranded over the holiday, but they told me to come right over, and took care of the problem immediately! I can't say enough good things about the staff and service here!

Its sad i have to give this place 1 star because this place is trash..went in for a gas smell was told it was 1 thing then told another and another kept my car for a month..They said it was finished and good but now my engine light is on and throwing 2 transmission codes...they said its drivable and not their fault that the engine light was on...said they double checked everything and its not their techs fault because the supervisor looked over everything...ok but now my car dont drive...it drove when I took it in and now its not...so whatever i paid them...took my car home and it wouldn't even go pass 30 mph, but they fixed it right? Funny now my car doesn't even drive going into limp mode..took it to a different mechanic to see what was wrong with my transmission since tires plus said they had nothing to do with messing my transmission up or why my car was in limp mode and not wanting to drive and sputtering....the new mechanic diagnosed it and what do you know they found my turbo charge pipe disconnected from the intake....the whole underside of my vehicle was covered in transmission fluid...they found bolts loose and wrong bolt installed to hold down the dipstick....my battery cables were not tight at all pulled right up off the battery...both side plastic fender flares the clips are snapped off so its loose and not tight against my car....my floor mats were covered in oil and mud..they do not care about you or your vehicle...thanks to the other mechanic (not tires plus) my car runs perfect....not to mention the rude front desk girl was salty she knew what this was about and hung right up....one of the mechanics in the lobby ringing up a customer vaping..why is this place certified to do other than tires because they suck, I've had multiple people tell me that place never tightens anything down so for your safety do not go here..you'll end up with more problems and more money problems because of this place..I dont need to see the comment underneath this "sorry for your concern call us bull..

This place is 10/10. Not only are their customer service skills amazing, they are SO quick. They also let you know that your safety is their number one priority, so you leave there feeling confident. I got there at almost closing time, but they let me know that wasn’t a problem, and were happy to take care of me. This is the only place I’ll go to get my tires. And also I LOVE that they stay open so late. My emergency flat tire happened at 5:45. I was at the shop by 6:30, and out the door by 7:00. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL THE AMAZING STAFF!!!
