Missed completion date three times! Each time I had to call only to be told that it’s still not finished. When calling the last time I was asked if I wanted to come and get it and finish it myself. In talking I said I just wanted a firm date when it would be finished. He said Saturday and hung up on me. I’m not one to complain usually this was absolutely not the way to talk to a customer. I do not recommend doing business with Harold’s Auto Upholstery.

I had no idea how to replace the rubber stripping in my SUV trunk and he kept moving causing the trunk not to close securely. The owner used a mallot to knovk into place and it works. Would not let me pay him but I recommend anyone with upholstery problems. He will find a solution. He’s fixed several vehicles for me and always an Excellent job at excellent prices.
